VIOLATION OF IMMIGRATION ACT 1959/63, PASSPORTS ACT 1966, ATIPSOM
2007 AND IMMIGRATION REGULATIONS 1963:-

Illegal Immigrants;

No valid pass/permit to stay in Malaysia

Overstayed

Violation of conditions stipulated in th pass/permit

Harbouring illegal immigrants;
Human trafficking;
Smuggling of migrants;
Forgery of document (e.g. pasport, pass & visa);
Possess any entry permit/pass of another person illegally; and
Other violation of acts/regulations.
