I was recruited by the Owner to lead EHS, HR and Compliance areas of the company. I was then promoted to current
position to shore up the operations department. Utilized team approach to build procurement and inventory
operations, and putting all necessary processes and procedures in place to take the group from a start-up to an
established operation. Reduced overall Project Operations costs through structured recruiting and training of
personnel, development and effective implementation of standard processes and procedures and contracts
administration. Utilized skills to plan and implement Compliance Plans for projects in the refining, petrochemical, gas
production and commercial construction industries. Utilized knowledge of EHS standards and practices to reduce
TRIR, maintain compliance with regulations, and develop EHS policies and procedures.

during inspections and audits to minimize, remove or resolve any findings found to. Utilized knowledge of EHS
standards and practices to reduce TRIR, maintain compliance with regulations, develop EHS policies and
procedures, audited for compliance with regulations and attain OSHA VPP Star status for Mobile Workforce.
Developed and implemented annual policy and procedure reviews and self assessments to verify
conformance to current regulations and work practices.

Improved case management of work related injuries and Workers Compensation management to effect
