Theemployermaydismisstheemployeewithoutnoticeinthefollowingcases:
Ifhefailstoperformhisbasicdutiesunderthecontractofemploymentand
Persistsinviolatingthemdespiteformalinvestigationwithhiminthisrespect and
warninghimofdismissalifthesameisrepeated.
The above law is kept in mind on the organization as they give
written warnings thrice and ask the employee to obey the
commands. C4c follows this law and makes sure to let their
employees have a clear idea of the mistake they have made
which they will be compensating by losing their job. Yet in Equisky
logistics they do not give a written warning which might be a risky
for their organization because some employees who are not
fulfilling their tasks and ask to leave will find their way out to let
the organization have a tough time. So it is very important for all
the organizations in Dubai to follow the law.
