Elevated to the British Peerage in 1996.

The British Ambassador for Overseas Business and is a well known philanthropist.

He is also the Chancellor of Westminster University and Wolverhampton University in the

UK.

Lord Paul is the Chairman of the Olympic Delivery Committee with the key task of
providing infrastructure for the London Olympics 2012.

Made history by becoming the first Indian Deputy Speaker at the House of Lords.

Lord Paul has recently been nominated to the Queens Privy Council, the British Monarch
advisory group.
