Eggless Semolina Lemon cake

Ingredient
Semolina-1cup (grounded in mixie)
Yoghurt-2/3cup
Brown sugar-1/2 cup
Veg oil-3tbsp
Milk-1tbsp
Lemon juice-1tsp
Lemon zest-1tsp
Tuttifrutti/dried fruit/choco chips-1/3cup
Method
Preheat oven to 180c.
Mix sugar in yoghurt well. Add lime juice and zest and mix and let it rest for five mins. Slight
bubbles will form. Then add oil and milk and mix well. Add ground semolina in three batches by
sieving and fold in.
Add tuttifruti and fold in.
Pour the batter in greased pan and sprinkle some tuttifrutti on top and bake for 35mins.
