a) Brass will have more strength than pure copper.

The
materials are composed by two or more alloys and these will
experience higher level of properties when centain loads are
applied when compared to pure metals. So brass have its own
high characteristic properties than pure metal

Definitely Catridge brass stronger than low brass because of

its zinc content. The strucure complexity will be increased if
the alloying material is in high amount. And this principle
applicable in certain cases only.
