uncommon, rare, very rare, legendary, artifact), attunement, cost, average level
The text explaining the item will go here, as well as a picture if possible.

Souldrinker
weapon (longsword), very rare, no attunement, 1,500 gold, level 9 - 12
This longsword is inhabited by a spirit.
When critically striking with the sword,

subtract the weapon damage from target's Maximum Hit Points, then from their
Current Hit Points. This effect transforms the weapon damage to necrotic for this
attack only.
The wielder takes 1 cold damage and 1 necrotic damage from the sword whenever this
feature is triggered by a critical strike. There is no option to choose not to trigger
despite a critical hit.
This is ghost attempting to draw additional life force to itself and break free from the
confines.
If worn while sleeping, CHA Save 13 or have dreams invaded and disrupted by the
Ghost.

Cloak of Travel
trinket (robe), rare, attunement, 300 gold, level 5 - 7
The Cloak of Travel is designed for use in traveling long distances. While wearing the
Cloak of Travel, you have an advantage on Constitution checks to avoid gaining a level
of exhaustion after traveling for more than 8 hours, and only have a -2 penalty to
Perception checks when traveling at a fast pace, instead of -5. In addition,
moving

through nonmagical difficult terrain costs you no extra movement, and you can pass
through nonmagical plants without being slowed by them and without taking damage
from them if they have thorns, spines, or a similar hazard. You cannot wear armor
underneath the Cloak of Travel.

Gauntlet of Final Confrontation

trinket (gauntlet), artifact, attunement, priceless, level 17 - 20
The Gauntlet of Final Confrontation is a legendary item created by a hero. As an action,
you make a melee attack against one creature of a challenge rating equal or higher
than your level. If the attack hits, they must make a Wisdom saving throw of DC 15,
and if they fail, you and said creature are transported to an alternate, infinite plane of
existence, and the gauntlet is destroyed. Once you enter the plane, both you and the
creature are restored to full hit points, and neither one of you can leave until one of
you kills the other one. Whoever wins the battle is teleported back to the space that
they left and is restored to full health. In addition, they gain the ability to shapeshift
into the creature that they slew.
Your game statistics are replaced by the statistics of
the chosen creature, though you retain your personality, alignment, Intelligence,
Wisdom and Charisma. You also retain all of your skill and saving throw proficiencies,
in addition to gaining those of the creature. If the creature has the same proficiency as
you and the bonus listed in its statistics is higher than yours, use the creatures bonus
in place of yours. You cant use any legendary actions or lair actions of the new form.
You assume the hit points and Hit Dice of the new form. When you revert to your
normal form, you return to the number of hit points you had before you transformed.
If you revert as a result of dropping to 0 hit points, any excess damage carries over to
your normal form, and you cannot shapechange for 1d20 days. As long as the excess
damage doesnt reduce your normal form to 0 hit points, you arent knocked
unconscious. If the creature succeeds the saving throw, the gauntlet cannot be used for
1d20+10 days, however it isnt destroyed.

Dagger of Sacrifice
weapon (dagger), legendary, attunement, 50,000 gold, level 15 - 20

As a full round action, you can begin to speak a ritual. On the beginning of your next
turn, you die, and cannot be resurrected by any means short of divine intervention or
a Wish spell. When you die, you cast Power Word Kill, affecting all things in a 60 foot
radius around yourself. After you die, the Dagger of Sacrifice is destroyed. Saying the
ritual requires concentration, and you need to make concentration checks if anything
would interrupt your ritual (p.g. 203 PHB).

Robe of Rainbows
trinket (robe), uncommon, no attunement, 100 gold, level 1 - 4
This robe is a weaker, more novel magic item usually given as a gift among
spellcasters. After saying the command word, you can change the color, hue, and
saturation of the robe to whatever you wish. The color can only be a single shade, it
cannot be a pattern.
