Foam-Lub is white in colour, liquid is paste like mass, depending on temperature. It is partial soluble in water. It is used in
reinforced cement concrete, cement concrete, lime concrete, plaster, mosaic, tiles works, etc.
Foam-Lub helps in water proofing, strength gaining, partial auto curing and work as anti-corrosive agent. Concrete never be

Desalt-S01 is the perfect anti-dot to Efflorescencing salts and Effervecencing salts i.e. salinity. It is genuine sealant and
saves concrete from acid rain scientifically when applied on walls, plasters, CC, RCC etc. Desalt-S01 permanently stops
carbonation-process in the clay building materials, stops formation of write tints on ceramic bricks, normal bricks or any claded clay tiles. Desalt-S01
gets through structural pores of building materials and makes the harmful salts insoluble and inactive. Desalt-S01 solidified, bonds permanently and
fills the pores partially, thereby also increasing the compressive strength of building materials. Desalt-S01 also stops carbonation processes and

The permanent prevention of harmful effect of carbonation and prevention of salinity of CC surface using anti-saline
Desalt-S01; Reducing porosity; The water proofing effect of liquid of Hydro-seal, Ef-32 and Foam-Lub; Cast in-situ with
the liquid. The liquid additionally consist of Desalt-S01 enter the pores and void of bottom surface and fill up them and
the overflow of liquid Felt create a water proof plasticized layer on the surface. It creates a Cement Gum when comes
close to cement. Felt create permanent bonds in the pores and voids and create a thick casting by creeping two
monolith bonds. Moroever, it is proof against the harmful effect of salinity, sulfur, and insects. Finally, Felt is economic,
and time saving, and easy to use.

Outside Barriers Treatment : A trench (2 wide and 2 deep) will be dug around the plinth of the

The permanent prevention of harmful effect of carbonation and prevention of salinity of CC surface using anti-saline
Desalt-S01; Reducing porosity; The water proofing effect of liquid of Hydro-seal, Ef-32 and Foam-Lub; Cast in-situ with
the liquid. The liquid additionally consist of Desalt-S01 enter the pores and void of bottom surface and fill up them and
the overflow of liquid Felt create a water proof plasticized layer on the surface. It creates a Cement Gum when comes

DAMP-PROOF TREATMENT AT INSIDE AND OUTSIDE WALL OF OLD BUILDING:

Site Preparation :

Hack out the plaster on the wall

First apply one coat Desalt-So1
2nd apply Foam-Lub cement grout 3 coats ( 3rd coat at the time of plaster).
Use Foam-Lub 500 ml with per bag of cement with plaster morter.
Finally apply anti-salinity sealer Desalt-S01 applied on plaster before painting.

The sequential method of mixing and using chemicals:

Desalt- S01: Desalt- S01 + Water + Catalyst = 1 Liter + 10 Liter + 25 ml or 1 mark.
Apply the mixture properly with a jute brush. Apply the Mixer within 2 hours. Apply Cement Grout on the wall wet with
Desalt-S01.
The use of Curdy-Dense Foam-Lub Cement Grout: Foam Lub + Cement + Water = 2 Liter + 1 bag or 50 kag + 35-38 Liter.
1st coat:

Apply 1st coat of Curdy-Dense Foam-Lub Cement Grout with a brush on the Desalt- S01wet wall.

2nd Coat: Apply 2nd coat within 4 12 hours of applying 1st coat or when the 1st coat is hard enough to be attached
despite of the effect of 2nd coat. Applying 2nd coat on the drenched 1st coat is undesirable.

3rd coat: After a day of Applying 3rd coats of Curdy-Dense Foam-Lub Cement Grout, plaster will be started.
Curdy-Dense Foam-Lub Cement grout before plastering:
Foam Lub + Cement + Water = 2 Liter + 1 bag or 50 kg. + 35-38 Liter.
Apply the Mixer properly with broom . Plaster on Curdy-dense Foam-Lub Cement Grout wet wall. If the grout dries,
then apply the grout again and plaster then.
Foam-Lub used in plastering Mortar:
Use 500 ml. Foam Lub.
Mix 500 ml. Foam Lub with 1 bag or 50 kg cement and necessary amount of water.
Method of mixture of Desalt-S01 as sealer: Desalt-S01 + Water + Catalyst = 1 Liter + 4 Liter + 25 m.l. or 1 mark.
Apply the mixture properly with a jute brush. Apply the mixer within 2 hours of preparation. Dont apply Desalt-S01 on
wet plaster.

Gray Cementitious Alloy is excellently effective in stopping running water from leaks, cracks, honey-combs, etc. at perconstructed faulty basements, water tanks, and similar structures. It sets instantly (1.5 to 3 minutes) to stop running
water through polymerization and alloy forming processes joining with the previously cast concrete as a single mass
and after 7 days or more achieves high strength like concrete. Paste of Gray Cementitious Alloy can be used for any
concrete repair including water retaining structures and other places. It gives monolithic action without shrinkage
where expanded concrete is needed.
