Our activities were meaningful today.

This year has so far been the

best because our presenters did not try to cover the sun with one
finger in a single day. Activities were thoughtfully prepared. Thank
you very much for your effort.

It is truly a blessing to be surrounded by good, dedicated and hard-working people. The work

Thank you for not putting us down. During previous years, I have always felt that the
presenters have taken it for granted that we are stupid, that we must we taught how to
teach. Not this year's presentations. You were very respectful towards us. We all went to
college and passed all tests so we can exercise our profession.

I loved the idea of dividing us into numerous academy groups, then subdividing us into our
academies. this is usually how we do our group projects and it was a great way to model
what all teachers should practice during group projects!

I would remain informal and keep addressing you as C-Rod, not "Dr. C-Rod" :-) My input: the
professionalism, patience, and positive outlook of all the curriculum team members -- Ms.
Curbelo, Ms. Cabrisas, Ms. Aguila, You, and all the other team members -- were critical to the
success of the first day for me. You are all great leaders. Thanks.

I was enlightened by the UDL presentation and excited to learn & use Nearpod!
In my modest opinion, you always surpassed our expectations. What I liked the most is the
use of nearpod

I'm so thankful to work with such a positive, amazing group of professionals and friends!!!!

Liz Aguila & Monica Gonzalez are amazing, I struggle with assigning group work & having
one student do all the work. Liz gave suggestions so that everyone could be graded
individual as well as in group.

I enjoyed Granados' presentation about near pod because he seemed genuinely excited and it
reminded me that they were all teachers once and may even miss the classroom a little bit.

I enjoyed how the administrative team got to the point with the
information they were giving to us and it didn't feel like a waste of
time.

My Sentence: The insight given by Mrs Gonzalez and Mrs Cabrisas on the Universal Design
Learning was candid, precise, and simply presented in a manner in which I find makes it a
more effective tool in the classroom.

One Team! One Goal!

My favorite part from today was having the opportunity to see a great group of educators
come together and make the day short and sweet. It was great to limit the amount of
contact hours.

Everyone had a smile on their face, and very little was done out of compliance
throughout the day. I know it's because we all believe that our students are more
important than anything else.
A noble purpose inspires innovation and stimulates growth, in our
Gladiator Garden.
Your enthusiasm for the start of the new school year was contagious!

I really enjoyed the UDL nearpod. It gave us the chance to see the
