1. INTRODUCTION
Stepping into second year of Effi-Cycle we wanted to
make a big impact. Hence we have put our concern to
the flaws we made in previous year. For the build
quality season, we have concentrated on good
manufacturing practice and looking into aesthetics of
the vehicle. We have made a very compact design in
order to reduce various losses in the transmission.

STEERING SYSTEM- PIT MAN ARM type steering is
used in addition to it a spring is attached to enhance the
reflex of steering.
SUSPENSION SYSTEM- front suspension is
independent double wish bone suspension and rear we
have dual shock suspension system. This will help in
providing good riding comfortability.

4. APPROACHES FOR WEIGHT REDUCTION

Major area of weight reduction is the roll cage. After
multiple analyses of different material different cross
section and different designs we have finalized our
design. Most of the unnecessary members are reduced
no. Seats are house fabricated reducing another
percentage of weight.

covered with molded fairing to give the vehicle a car like
