But theres possibility that Enrichment Program Faculty Supervisor will


become the Thesis Supervisor if the student is using the same topics
from the Enrichment Program.
Thesis Supervisor will be officially announced by following the Thesis
current procedures (using Surat Penunjukan Pembimbing) after their
thesis Proposal Approved by department.
Students Thesis will be claimed as Internship Thesis in condition all the
members inside the group doing the Interns in the Company as part of
Enrichment Program.

Roles of University (FM) Supervisors


to the Students

Advising the students on internship related activities, e.g.


Professional conduct and etiquette
Getting acquainted with line of business of the company.
Explaining the relation between Learning Plan and what the students find the
industry
How to observe daily activities related to technical competence and EES stated in
the Learning Plan and incorporate the results in the respective papers.
Overcoming problems faced in the field
Guiding in writing papers (to be assessed later)
Giving motivation

Evaluating the progress of student activities Monthly Report :


Evaluation is conducted monthly
Alignment with Learning Plan (Grad Competency & EES)
Alignment with papers to be submitted

Conducting assessment
Evaluating and marking internship report (students need to do presentation?)

Rules
FS not allowed to distract the students working time at the Office (
As this is our promise to the company during enrollment. That
student will not asking permission during Office hour to do any
academic activities such as : bimbingan , finishing Thesis, Report
Submisson, UKM or HMJ Activities, Etc. )
Online Meeting (Video Conferences) is allowed as long as not at
office hours.
FS need to directly communicate with Site supervisor at least once to
monitor the interns performance.
FS will be submit the evaluation of Each student for every month by
Binusmaya.

Learning Plan
Learning plan consists of:
description of the position of the student in the company
educational objectives (soft skills, hard skills, personal/prof.
development)
learning activities to achieve those objectives (assignments, project
papers, internship report)
The educational objectives have to incorporate
Graduate competencies of the program
EES
Learning plan has to be finalized (filled in) before the students
starting the internship
It has to be agreed by the company supervisor, the university
supervisor and the student.

Monthly Report / Interim Report


Interim report is a monthly report and submitted by 25th of every
month.
Basically, an interim report gives information on what a student did
and experienced in relation to what have been stated in the Learning
Plan. The following questions must be answered and be used as a
guidance (minimum standard) in writing an interim report. e.g.
What do I think about the company. first monthly report and as an option
for the following report.
How do I think about the people whom I meet or work with. first monthly
report and as an option for the following report.
What is my position and role. first monthly report and as an option for the
following report
Did I find anything related to the learning objectives. compulsory for each
monthly report.
How do I find activities related to technical competences and EES.
compulsory for each monthly report.
How do I cope with the given task(s). compulsory for each monthly
report.
Anything related to the student activities and beneficial to the achievement
of the learning objectives . compulsory for each monthly report.
