PERMACULTURE FRUIT-FOOD FOREST DEVELOPMENT

CONTRACT
Let it be bound and with the witness herewith be known today that Mr./Ms.
________________________________ , the owner/ administrator of the Land Title/ Land
Declaration # _________________, located at barangay ______________________,
Municipality of ________________, Province of ______________________, Philippines, and
from here on shall be called THE LAND OWNER, has entered into fruit-food forest
plantation contract with Mr. Arnulfo Yu Laniba, of barangay Badbad Oriental, Loon,
Bohol, Philippines, from here on shall be called THE PERMALOPER (Permaculture
Developer) under the following conditions, to wit:
1. That The Permaloper shall:
a. Make the design to come up with the best arrangement of various kinds of
fruits and plants to achieve the following results: beauty, productivity and
sustainability;
b. Spend for the clearing/ cleaning/ and preparation of the land for planting;
c. Or use the bayanihan/ tabo system/ hunos system whenever is applicable;
d. Provide for the fruit tree seedlings;
e. And organic fertilizers;
f. To assist the Owner in putting up a sustainable system of producing
abundant organic fertilizer so that at least once a year, fertilizing from
year 2 onwards will be easily possible;
2. That the subsequent maintenance/ care/ cleaning/ fertilizing, etc. of the fruit
trees shall be a teamwork between the LAND OWNER and the PERMALOPER;
3. That the net produce of the first ten (10) years of fruiting shall be divided
equally between the Land owner and the Permaloper;
4. That after that, the entire produce shall go to the land owner;
5. That this Contract shall end right after the 10th fruiting year of the orchard.

pinakamaayo nga paghan-ay sa mga klase sa prutas ug
tanom pagkab-ot sa musunod nga mga resulta: katahom,
abot ug kalungtaran;
b. Mogasto para sa paghinlo ug pag-andam sa yuta para
tamnan;
c. O mogamit sa Bayanihan/Tabo /Hhunos nga systema kon
posible;
d. Moandam sa mga prutas nga seedlings;
e. Ug organic nga mga lunang;
f. Mutabang sa Tag-iya sa paghimo ug sustinable nga systema
sa paggama ug abundang organic nga lunang aron labing
minos kas-a sa kada tuig ang paglunang sugod sa
ikaduhang tuig, kun mahimo;
2. Ang pag-atiman sa mga prutas tabangan sa Tag-iya ug sa
Tigpermakultura;
3. Nga ang limpiyo nga abot human sa gasto sa unang napulo (10)
ka tuig sa pagpamunga tungaon sa Tag-iya ug Tigpermakultura:
4. Nga paghuman ana, ang tanang abot adto na sa Tag-iya;
5. Nga kining Kontrata mahuman pagkatapos sa ikanapulo ka tuig
nga pagpamunga sa mga prutas.
