Make a survey inside outside UiTM.

Find the places that are hazardous to people that can cause injury and
accident. For example: The junction in the campus near the security office.
Many car and motorcycle going all ways without any traffic lights or any
traffic guard in charge. Maybe there will be an accident.

You have to apply your knowledge on the risk management process to

support your evidences found. Then, you are required to provide solutions
pertaining to your survey. For example Solution: Appoint one security guard
to take care of the junction.

You are compulsory to provide real pictures of the hazardous place.

Lastly, ensure that you compile your report in the management file.

This assignment will carry a total of 5%.
