Payment

A Minimum of 30% advance should be paid on the guaranteed

number of persons for blocking the venue.
The advance is not
returnable in case the booking is cancelled. Full 100% advance as
per the minimum guaranteed amount would be required at least 7
days before the function with a cheque of 20% extra.
The booking is confirmed subject to the payment of full amount as
per the guaranteed figures, 7 Days before the function.
In case of any changes in the number of person after the full amount
as per the guaranteed figures, the balance should be paid before the
start of the function.
Any balance amount in case of unexpected increase in the number of
persons should be paid immediately at the end of function on very
same day.

Other terms

The Hotel will charge for the minimum guaranteed number of

persons even if the turnout is lesser. In case of increase of number
of persons than the guaranteed numbers, the actual numbers will be
charged for.
The Hotel undertakes the responsibility of providing food for not
more than 15% extra persons above the minimum guaranteed
numbers given during the booking. Any increase above 15% will
attract a 20% extra charges on the food value.
We do not provide quarter plate in any of our specialty counters.
Head count will be there along with your representative and billing
will be done accordingly.
Heavy sound esp in case of DJ is not allowed beyond 10.00 pm.
No elements of this package including dcor is allowed directly from
outside and has to be taken from the hotel only.
The hotel reserves the rights to amend any part of this package
including pricing and the same will be applicable for all functions
calling after any such amendment.
All government taxes and 2.5% service charges applicable.
