 Standard Programs <$5,000 Incentive – No Pre-Approval


Required
 Even without pre-approval, all equipment/projects must meet
eligibility requirements (CEE list, etc.)
 EXCEPTION: Pre-approval required for all HVAC & refrigeration
tune-ups
 EXCEPTION: Pre-approval required for all Custom projects
 Projects must be completed within 90 days from date equipment
purchased
 Application for payment must be received within 30 days from job
completion.
 While pre-approval is not required, it is recommended

 Incentive Cap now at $600,000 per facility


 Gas and electric combined
 All programs (standard, custom, RCx, etc.)
 First $200,000 paid at 100%

 Facility is going to change out 50,000 T12 lamps over PY3
 1st app. 20,000 lamps paid out at $5 per lamp per fixture ($100,000)
 2nd app. 20,000 lamps paid out at $5 per lamp per fixture ($100,000)
 3rd app. 10,000 lamps paid out at $2.50 per lamp per fixture ($25,000)
