ONLINE APPLICATION FOR INTERNSHIP USERGUIDE

I.INTRODUCTION
Online Internship application software is a modern easy way to give an
opportunity to apply for internship online. This concerns all interested students
coming from universities or institutions who have Bachelor Degree (A0),
Diploma (A1) or Masters (MSC) in all fields.
NB: This user guide shows how you will apply online.
II. FUNCTIONALITY
Go to www.ncbs.gov.rw, and then click on APPLY NOW!! or go to
Opportunities and then internships, and you find the page of Professional

Internship Program where you will found the link of applying at the end of the page

Once you click on APPLY NOW!!, you get the Professional internship
program page, you go at the end and click on Apply for internship or request for
interns as hosting institutions.

NB: You can click on the above link and You get the security message according
to the browser you are using.

1. For Mozilla Firefox

You get this message and you follow the instructions: -you click on I
understand the risk,and then you click on add exception and confirm security
exception as shown below.

After to confirm security exception, you will get the first page of the online
internship program you have to register with the form on the right side.

For Internet explorer, you get this message and you follow the
instructions:
You click on Continue with this website (not recommended) and you will
get the first page of the online internship program you have to register with the
form on the right side.

For google chrome: you get this message and you follow the instructions:
You click on Proceed anyway and you will get the first page of the online
internship program you have to register with the form on the right side.

Fill in: - Your First name and second name

- Your Valid Email address (because you will get an Email to confirm your
registration
- Ticked posting an internship application
- Username (any word you want)
- Password(any 7 characters contains numbers and letters)
- Click on REGISTER as shown in the figure below:

N.B: this step is the registration phase, you will apply for internship
after getting automatic confirmation email by clicking on the given
link.

After registering, you get the message that says you successful registered and
you got a confirmation email inbox or in spam that you can click on to
complete application.

Our system will send an affirmation email to the given email address. Please activate you
If it is not appear, please check in spam

Go to your email and check the email sent by internship application.

Once you click on the link you got in your mail box or spam, you get this form
below

Already the names and your email are still there.

Fill the form carefully.
N.B: remember to upload your CV and Degree/Grade/diplome in PDF
format and dont
exceed 2 megabits of size.
After posting the application you get this message that ensures you that you
have been registered well:

If you dont have any experience, click on close

window.
This above shows you that your application is added. Then you will wait until you get a
call from NCBS to allocate you in the hosting institution.
It can take a long time according to the huge number of applicants.

If you have experience click on add experience but it is

not mandatory.
Then a new window will open.
Add years of experience and field of experience then click on Add years of
experience

Click on LOGOUT to leave your account.
