machine
unit is not installed.
3) Electric motor & control arrangements are congested in machine room.
4) Warning notice Danger-Access forbidden to unauthorized persons is to be
posted
outside the machine room door.
5) Machine room platform balustrade in machine room in not completed (No
mid rail).
6) Access ladder going to machine platform is not completed (No proper
handrail).
7) Provide safety sign/soft material for the over head hazard in machine room.
8) The main suspension ropes lacks lubrication.
9) Ferrules shall be installed on rope holes.

The permissible safe working load for the lifting hooks in machine room
to be marked.

Lifting hooks bent and damaged.
