almost two years ago. There are so many obstacle and challenges from his experience.
They are offering comfortable materials for Muslim wear that love modesty in their
appearance we are offering variable types of comfortable. These materials are definitely
comfortable and suitable with our country weather and especially during the hot time, we
promised you the best comfort to be in our creation. We have searched our collection where
designs reflect the changes in season and contemporary trends.
For the beginning and the start-up of this boutique, they come out with own designs of
Jubah and hijab. They focus to see the responses from their target markets and to focus more on
customers requirements and their preferences. Our designer comes out with beautiful creation of
Jubah and hijab that are designed based on their creativity and the trends nowadays.
Besides that, they also offer custom design either from the customer itself or the designs
from our beloved designer. The designer will always ready to give their opinions and idea about
the designs and in fashion terms.

nature of the industry, their boutique can not afford to have poor inventory. Rapidly changing

Recommendations
Based on my experiences, I can learn more about company or business but the time was
limited as we only have two weeks to go for SIEP. So, I only can learn some of their
management but not totally understood how the real process of this company really is. I also do
not have chance to go further regarding to see where the stock they take and have a look other
branches. Therefore, I think it is better to give more times which is about one month to do SIEP
and for sure that the student will learn more about business and entrepreneurship.
Based on SWOT analysis also, I have suggestion to overcome the weakness of this
company which is they need to selected at least worker who has learn about medical. In case
where the customer came and asked about their health they can suggest more about it. Besides
that I think the owner should make agreement to the worker at least they cannot quick without
any notice and company will faces difficulties in finding new worker.
Conclusion
After undergo this searching, student can gain new idea to start small business anywhere.
Student can get the view of entrepreneur or business that can guide us in business and open our
mindset. The experience and point of view from the entrepreneur can guide student to involve in
business sector. The success, the loss, the risk can give the views to the student about the colorful
in business world. Never put the risk and modal as blocking issue from starting business.
The Siep is very helpful. We can gain more knowledge and experience after doing it.
Some students never have experience in working. Because of Siep, they have to experience by
their own selves how the work world is. Besides, we also can do something benefit during
semester break. After doing Siep, we can get the view of entrepreneur or business that can guide
us in business and open our mindset. It also depend on what part that we involve. Since I involve
in business of medicine, so that now I know little about where I should get the supplier, how to
deal the price, the demand of the medicine, the experience in serving customers and a lot more.
