Hon. Mark Jaffe renewed his motion to be admitted pro hac vice to represent Defendant Deric Lostutter. DE #32 (Motion). He simultaneously moved to waive the pro hac vice fee, given his prior fee payment. DE #33 (Motion). In support of the renewed motion, Mr. Jaffe made certain declarations and attached a certificate of good standing from the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of the State of New York. DE ##32, 32-1. Mr. Jaffe originally paid the requisite filing fee. The motion (with the prior fee payment) satisfies the requirements of Local Criminal Rule 57.2. Accordingly, the Court GRANTS DE ##32 and 33 and permits Hon. Mark Jaffe to serve as pro hac vice counsel for Defendant Deric Lostutter. This the 27th day of September, 2016.
