Copyright Transfer Statement

This form details the transfer of copyright for the logo
design specified and the visual examples attached.
By signing this Copyright Transfer Form, I will be relinquishing all
personal and professional rights to the logo design you hired me to
create.
This signed agreement also includes the transfer of rights to any
variations of the logo previously agreed and supplied as part of the
initial proposal.
Example of these variations could include : multiple colour versions,
size and dimensional variations landscape and portrait, reversed out
versions, social media profile images, favicon etc.

Is there anything missing on this Copyright Transfer Form that was

previously agreed? Let me know before accepting this statement. It is
critical the information shared here is understood and accepted in whole.
Counters singing this statement forms your contractual acceptance
of the Copyright Transfer Form and the terms thus set out.

Restrictions & Caveats

RESTRICTIONS TO THE SIGNING OF THIS AGREEMENT
There are restrictions to this agreement as is specified on your initial
proposal and listed again here.
The Copyright Transfer Form does not give you the rights or
permission to use/modify/alter/replicate or borrow any of the previous
ideas/concepts/sketches previously shown and presented. All original
preparation materials, sketches, visuals and unused ideas previously
shown and considered will remain the property of imjustcreative.
I am free to use these unused and previous ideas for future conceptual
and client work. Where a previously unused idea/design retains a
similar look and style to the finished logo, I shall repurpose and style
so that the end design is sufficiently different as to not cause conflict.
Unless other wise agreed and arranged, I reserve the right to showcase
the finished logo and associated designs in my portfolio and in any
number of online galleries/portfolio/showcases as well as in printed
literature including books and magazines, now and in the future.
Associated designs and artwork can include commercial print design/
business card/stationery design/signage/desktop icons/mobile phone
and other portable device application icons and imagery.
ANY supporting artwork and designs required by this project
can be used as indicated by myself for personal and professional
reasons.

You are free to change, modify and adapt the finished logo design as
you see fit, but you do so at your own risk.
Any form of legal Trademark Registering and Copyrighting of the logo
remains the sole responsibility of the client named in this statement.
