1.

Wash the equipment prior entering workshop

Cuci unit sebelum masuk ke workshop

2.

Park the equipment at workshop pit safely

Parkirkan unit di workshop pit dengan aman

3.

Activate parking brake

Pasangkan rem parkir

4.

Set the wheel choke at the safe position

Pasang ganjal di ban pada posisi yang aman

5.

Put up danger tag on ignition key

Pasangkan danger tag pada kunci kontak unit

6.

Prepare required tools

Persiapkan peralatan kerja yang dibutuhkan

7.

Prepare the bucket for placing the spare parts

Persiapkan bucket atau tempat untuk spare part

8.

Ensure the working area clean

Pastikan area kerja dalam kondisi bersih

9.

Ensure that the spanner(s) are properly fitted while releasing or tightening the bolt and nut

Pastikan kunci terpasang dengan baik pada saat membuka dan memasang baut dan mur

Check for any leakage, notice the source of leakage

Periksa adanya kebocoran, tandai kebocoran berasal dari mana

11.

Release and clean master clutch

Buka master clutch dan bersihkan

Check for any damage on housing or seal

Periksa kerusakan housing dan seal

13.

Assembly the new or assy seal

Pasang seal yang baru atau assy
