Kigali Marriot Hotel (New Century Development); A five-star hotel property


with 254 guest rooms to the value of approximately US$55million.
Kigali City Hall (New Century Development); A $24million project office
block the Kigali City, consisting of six floors, 53 offices and thirteen conference
halls, the largest with a capacity for 300 people.
