Post Game:
Middle School coaches will enter data for our Friday Night Game immediately following the
game.
Coach 1: D&D, Hash, Yard Line, Gn/Ls, Run Pass, Result
Coach 2: Off Formation, Motion, Off Play, Ball Carrier, Passer, Receiver
Saturday AM: Arrive at 7:30
7:30 to 8:00 Grade your film
Middle School Coaches: Enter Data for opponent Scout games. Must be done within 30 minutes
of the exchange on Hudl. D&D, Hash, Yard Line, Gn/Ls, Formation Run/Pass, Result
When data is entered, reports will be run on opponent defense. Last 3 Games

8:00 Staff Meeting and Watch Special Teams
8:15 to 8:45 Offensive Staff watch Friday nights game.
Make a list of areas to improve- Mark effort plays and loafs
8:45 to 9:00 Discuss any personnel issues or adjustments we might need to make
9:00 to 9:45 Watch next opponents game from last night as offensive staff
Take notes on personnel, fronts, stunts, blitzes, and coverages
9:45 to 9:55 Watch ST film from night before with Varsity players
10:00 to 10:30 Watch Offensive Film with Varsity Players
10:45 Players Dismissed
10:45 to 11:30 Offensive coaches watch opponents 2nd game as a group
11:30 to 12:30 Put fronts on board. Talk about alignments and blitzes
List Personnel and find good and bad matchups
12:30 to 1:30 Talk about 5 best plays we like- What do we need to emphasize this week?
1:30- Turn off the lights and be with your family

WR: Signal and watch near WR
RB: Signal and Watch RB in BF

Procedure on headsets:
Silence when play ends: OC will give Tempo-Formation-Play to signalers
No additional noise can be had
As we get set for snap OC will call coverage shell and Front
Between series we will communicate adjustments over the headset and talk about next series
OL coach is in charge of communicating any injury situations
