NOTES:
1. Vendor to advise maximum discharge pressure can be achieved on case 4 by limitation 10% turbin power design margin.
2. Vendor to provide the best compressor configuration to meet all 5 cases.
Vendor to advise any compressor modification/revamping required to meet the lowest suction pressure of 150 psig to compress 400 MMscfd. Vendor to advise also the lowest possible
3.
suction pressure without any revamping/modification to compress 400 MMscfd.
4. The Suban Gas Plant site condition are as follows:
- Air Temperature, Min/Max/Avg
: 65oF / 100oF / 85oF. Vendor to inform also the performance when 110 oF ambient temperature is experienced for sensitivity only.
- Relative Humidity, Min/Max/Avg
: 60% / 100% / 80%
- Site Elevation
: 206.83 ft above MSL.
5. Vendor to provide performance curves including Polytropic Head vs Flow, Polytropic Efficiency vs Flow, suction pressure vs flowrates and Power Curves for various flowrates and
compressor speed. These should indicate any expected constraints including surge lines.
6. Vendor to advise the minimum fuel gas pressure and temperature, fuel gas consumption during normal operation and start-up. Fuel gas composition and source condition are as
tabulated in Page 6.
7. Vendor to advise required seal gas pressure and consumption (including start-up) for selected compressor. Seal gas composition and source condition are tabulated in Page 7.
8. Vendor shall consider the corrosive gas due to H2S, CO2 and mercury content in the selection of material of construction.
9.
10.
11.
12.
13.
14.
15.
16.
Vendor to advise anti-surge valve sizing requirement and provide Anti-Surge Control System, including hot bypass as required by Dynamic Simulation.
(*) = Vendor to Confirm / Advise.
Vendor to calculate the gas properties based on gas composition and operating conditions.
During Normal operation fuel gas & seal gas are taken from inlet compressor discharge header after going through conditioning system. For back up and during black start up,
Fuel Gas and Seal Gas are drawn from sales gas line after going through conditioning system. Barrier gas is supplied from Instrument Air system.
Vendor to info minimum temperature superheated requirement for Fuel Gas and Seal Gas Supply.
Incoming inlet gas is wet gas from suction scrubber with removal efficiency of >99% for liquid droplets 10 microns and larger.
Pressure drop of 25 psi between 1st stage and 2nd stage inlet compressor is taken to consider the Inlet Compressor Inter Cooler, Interstage scrubber and piping.
Fuel Gas supply pressure and temperature at outlet of Fuel Gas treatment skid.
