When the computer main memory is full, the operating

system provides a special memory to increase the
performance of computer and the special memory is virtual
memory. Virtual memory is a feature of an operating system
(os) that allows a
computer for storages of
physical memory by
temporarily transferring
page of data from
random access memory
(RAM). Virtual memory
combines your computers
RAM with temporary
space on your hard disk.
When your computer RAM work slow, virtual memory moves
data from RAM to a space called a paging file. Moving data
to and from the paging file frees RAM to complete it work. .

is single user single task. These types of operating system (OS) allow the user to
perform only one task at a time. Which means for this kind of operating system
its hard to do more than one task at a time. The handhelds or the palmtop
computers are good example of this type of system. And DOS is the single user

computerized tools, which deal with management and coordination of its activities. The
classification of an operating system is a grouping that differentiates or identifies the

operating system based on how it works the type of hardware it controls and the
applications it supports. The operating system play the role of host for all applications
running on the equipment hardware this type of operating system are used control
science scientific devices and similar small instruments where memory and resources
are important.

An operating system, abbreviated OS, is a product, software type that is part of a

system, equipment or computerized equipment, which deals with management and
coordination of its activities. The computerized system may be a computer, a
workstation, a server, a PC, a notebook, a smartphone, a road navigation device or
another system with "intelligence" of its own. The operating system plays the role of

memory and resources are crucial. These type of devices have very limited or no end
