Signature Cocktail List

1. Passion Martini

(old card)

Vodka ( Value Brand ) 40 ml


Passion Fruit Syrup
10 ml
Passion Fruit Puree
20 ml
Vanilla Syrup
5 ml
Lemon Juice
25 ml
Sugar Syrup
5ml
Half of the passion fruit (scooped)

Put all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice and shake virtuously. Double
(fine) strain into a chilled margarita glass (or martini). Garnish with the red
currants or any small berries available.

2. Espresso Martini
Vodka ( recommended Absolut Vanilla ) 45 ml
Kahlua
20 ml
Espresso
30 ml
Put all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice and shake. For the larger foam layer
first dry shake ( shaking without ice) and than put the ice into it and do a short
shake. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a small amount of grained
espresso on the top, optional for even better look a half of the glass rim with brown
sugar.

3. Ramazzotti Fizz

Ramazzotti
50 ml
Lemon Juice
30 ml
Sugar Syrup
20 ml
Lemon Bitters
3 drops
Egg White
1piece or 10 ml
Top up Soda

Put all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice, except soda and strong shake.
Strain into a highball Collins glass filled with cubed ice, top up with soda. Optional if

guest want sweeter put sprite instead of a soda and in case for more sour demand,
V. Lemonade. Garnish on the top with lemon peel.

4. Hendricks Negroni

Hendricks
Martini Rosso
Antica Formula
Campari
Ginger Beer
Orange bitter

Stir all ingredients in mixing glass and strain into an old fashioned glass filled
with ice cubes. Garnish with orange peel.

5. Lychee Margarita

Tequila Blanco ( Value Brand )


Lychee Syrup
Lychee Juice
Lemon Juice
Cointreau

40 ml
20 ml
60 ml
20 ml
15ml

Put all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice and shake. Strain into a chilled
margarita glass. Garnish with lime wedge.

6. Ginger Hugo

Elderflower Syrup
Soda Water
Prossecco
Ginger Syrup
Lime wedge
Mint leaves

7-8pieces

Put all ingredients with three squeezed lime wedges in a stemware balloon
glass filled with cubed ice and long stir. For more ginger taste instead of soda pour
ginger ale.
Optional: For better taste syrups, wedges and mint muddle in a mixing glass
with slice of ginger and shake, than strain into a glass filled with ice, prosecco and
soda. Garnish with spring mint on the top.

7. Tropical Pineapple

Medium bodied rum ( gold, amber )


45 ml
Coconut Puree
30 ml
Pineapple Juice
100 ml
Lemon Juice
10 ml
Heavy Cream
dash
Angostura Bitter
2drop
Optional dash of Amaretto for the sweeter taste

Put all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice and shake strongly. Strain into a
double old fashioned glass filled with ice cubes. Garnish with pineapple slice and
grated cinnamon.

Bourbon ( Value Brand ) blended or sing.

Watermelon Syrup

Lemon Juice

Tabasco

Red Pepper
half of the tsp.
Forest Fruit Juice
50ml

Put all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice and shake. Double ( Fine) strain
into and old fashioned glass with ice. Basil leave or watermelon wedge (during the
season )
Optional: For better taste during the season muddle watermelon wedge without
skin in a mixing glass and the rest of procedure as above it mention is the same.
Also bringing complementary on the side small cup of the sprite.

Non-Alcoholic Cocktail List

1. Lips Gloss

Elderflower Syrup
Lime Juice
Cranberry Juice
Soda
Ginger ale

Shake all ingredients except soda and ginger ale. Strain into a highball glass
filled with an ice and top-up half and half, soda and ginger ale. Slice of a ginger and
cherry as for the garnish.

2. Spicy Mango Colada

Coconut Puree
Mango Juice
Half and Half ( Milk and H. Cream)
Tabasco

Put all ingredients in a mix glass and strong shake. Pour into an empty old
fashioned glass. Garnish with a 3 cherries onto the garnish stick.

3. Cucumber Stout

Apple Juice ( Recommending Green Apple)


Cucumber Syrup
Lemon Juice
Raspberry Syrup
Ginger ale
Cucumber slices

45 ml
15 ml
20 ml
15 ml

4pieces

Muddle Cucumber slices with both syrups, afterwards add both of the juices
and shake. Strain into stemware balloon glass filled with crushed ice and top it
up with ginger ale. Garnish with cucumber stick and peel.
