COMMUNICATION
REFERENCES
As a student volunteer at the Biopark I had to give information and answer questions on
topics related to current environment issues, animals, and botany at the ABQ Biopark. At
The Chill Zone I have to effectively greet customers and engage in friendly conversation
while assisting the customers with any questions they might have. With Campfire USA I had
to effectively communicate with children of ages 5years-11years. While also discussing
childrens behavior and anything of interest to parents. Also, at Campfire USA I had to
effectively communicate ideas and learning points to children with disabilities (e.g. autism,
dyslexia, and Aspergers disease) while maintaining communication with the parents of the
childs mental and emotional state each day
