mailstoUserC.NowtheuserCisalsoreceivingmailsfromUserA.Thisisthepriorissue
whichwehavetoresolve.

Solution:Inordertotroubleshootthisissueneedtosetproperforwardingoptionswithfilter
settingssothatthedesiredresultcanbeachieved.Kindlyfollowthesteps:

1. OnEmailAccountofUserAkindlydothefollowingsettings:

2.SetupanforwardingforuserBsothattheincomingmailsofUserAcanbe
forwardedtoUserB.Kindlyrefertothescreenshotalso.

4.Clicksaveandexitafterwards.

5.NowOnEmailAccountofUserBkindlydothefollowingsettings
Note:BeforeSelectingtheoptionDisableForwardingunderUserBssettingmake
sureyouhaveaddedCsaccountunderForwardingaddress.
6.DisableforwardingfromuserBtoUserCsothattheincomingmailsofUserBcannotbe
forwardedtoUserC.Kindlyrefertothescreenshotalso:

7.Clicksaveandexitafterwards.

8.NowapplyafilterfromUserBaccountasmentioned.Inthetofieldputto:(UserB
EmailID)andalsocheckforwarditfieldandplacetheforwardIDofUserCsothatthemails
whichhavetherecipientaddressofonlyUserBareonlyforwardtoUserC.Kindlyalso
referthescreenshotforthesame.
