1 Project Scope Statement

1.1

Purpose and Goals of the Project

A. To Provide fresh, nutritious and hygienic fruits and vegetables to people
everywhere for continual enjoyment around the year.
B. Planning, execution, monitor and control of the project as per standard
practices of Project Management Institute USA.
C. To complete the project specified scope within approved budget/cost, time and
quality
D. International food standards and BRC Global Standards for safety and quality
certification program to be implemented at design and construction stage of the
project
E. Project produce will be exported to America, Europe and japan.
F. Efficient energy management systems to be incorporated at design and
construction stage of the project.
G. Sustainability: ISO 90001 and 14000 will be implemented throughout the life cycle
of the project.

Project Scope Phase 1

The first phase of the CA Store will be designed for the storage of 3000 tons of fruits
and vegetables. It will include the following:
