A LUCKY ESCAPE
My aunt was a overweight, plain woman, with grey short hair and a pair of
brown sparkling eyes. I loved her very much. She lived alone with her cats.
One of her cats, Farid, who was a ginger very small cat, always liked to sit
on me when I visited. One day when I visited my aunt I knocked on the
door but there was no answer. Suddenly I heard a horrible loud scream
from inside the house. I found that the door was open. I went inside and
up the stairs, in the bedroom I found Farid making the terrible noise siDng
next to my aunt. She was unconscious and lying on the wooden dark oor.
I managed to phone for an ambulance and get her to hospital. She
recovered, but if I hadn't heard the cat I wouldn't have gone into the
house.
A CHILDHOOD MEMORY
It was a bright Sunday beau6ful morning. Birds were singing and dogs
were barking. It was the day of my rst picnic on the beach. As soon as we
parked the car, I ran down to the lovely golden long beach. I could feel the
refreshing gentle breeze on my skin. My family found a tree to eat under
for our picnic, and my mother unpacked all the delicious fresh food she
had prepared. I played in the sand for a while. I built a sandcastle, but
unfortunately a liLle nasty girl came and walked on it. This upset me, but I
decided to build another one aNer lunch.
