Developers Building Contracting LLC (DBC) formerly known as FNC Industrial Trading and Contracting Company in Saudi Arabia, currently employs over 150 people, an innovative approach that provides valuable services for our esteemed clients and as ARAMCO, SABIC, SWCC, Royal Commission, Technique Italy, CAT, Six Contract and Aktor.

Developers Building Contracting LLC (DBC) has recently formed Consortium with Unigulf Qatar, (Al Jabor Group) in order to deliver its best expertise in General Contracting to valued Qatar market.

Chadi El Hage - General Manager

A Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Notre Dame

University,Louaize - Lebenon, a member in the American Society of Mechanical Engineering and a member in the American Society of HVAC Engineers. He has proved in the past with ARAMCO, Qatar Petroleum SK Engineering his capacity to construct.

His presence has fine tuned our performances in safety regulation, cost control and time framed constructions by involving day to day activities at site. His latest innovation in time management with optional minimized cost and stock usage has negotiated in managing new project contracts with clients.

Krishnadas Narayanan - Contracts Manager

A Master in Business Administration from Mumbai University, he has

strong customers based in UAE & Qatar (ADNOC, GPC, Al Jaber

Engineering, Lamprell, DUTCO, Qatar Petroleum, Qatar Steel)

Personally experienced from ArcelorMittal, which has always been

an advantage in suggesting steel grades to different requirements

of construction industry.

QUALITY PROGRAMS

The Quality Control Program is developed to ensure that a high quality product is produced by the contractor during their performance of the work.

This program is prepared to describe the process to be utilized for quality control on-site and off-site. The process of verifying the procurement, fabrication and construction in compliance with the specification and construction drawings is described in sufficient detail and clarity so that the engineers and personnel involved in the implementation of the quality control activities will be fully aware of their specific duties and responsibilities to ensure a high quality and result for the project.

SAFETY & QUALITY MANAGEMENT

Developers Building Contracting has committed in implementing Health & Safety Plan and procedures such as:

Safety Ensure that Safety training and education are conducted and documented. Actively encourage near miss as well as incident reporting and ensure follow – up to documents “Lessons Learned” and enhance plan. Address road safety as a top priority including driver training testing, vehicle inspections and journey management. Inspect/ spot check facilities and audit safety activities
