This buttermilk dosa is a super soft dosa that melts in mouth.

Light
golden brown in colour and mildly crisp on the edges, this dosa can
be relished with any chutney.
Ingredients
3 cups - Parboiled rice
1 cup - Flattened rice or Poha
2 tbsp - Urad dal
500 ml - Buttermilk
Salt - To taste
Oil - To make the dosa
Optional ingredient
1/4 tsp - Baking soda
Method
* Wash rice and urad dal and add poha to the mix.
* Soak this mix in buttermilk for 5-6 hours.
* Grind to a batter, which is slightly thinner than regular dosa batter.
* Stop grinding when the batter is of pouring consistency.

* Add the baking soda (optional), required salt and mix well.
* Heat a dosa tawa/griddle and grease it.
* Pour a ladle full of batter on it and make dosa. Don't spread it to
make the dosa thinner.
* Drizzle few drops of oil around it and cover with a lid.
* After 2 minutes, take off the lid. No need to flip it and cook the other
side.
* Now the soft, spongy melt-in-the-mouth dosa is ready to be served
with any chutney of your choice.
