Dear Maam/Sir:

Subject: Compensation, Your Adjustment Letter of May 27, 2015.

This refers to your letter relating to your recent stay in our hotel. We agree that the
standard of our services were not met in this case.

As a result of our analysis, we assumed that we have the facilities you need but were
not able to provide it to you. We found out that the room service staff wasnt able to
clean your room because of a lot customer to accommodate first. We also figured out
that our generators are not working that led to an electricity cut-off.
We understand your disappointment, and I want to inform you that we will refund the
half of your money as you have requested. We are also willing to offer you a 50%
discount if you decide to visit us again.
Thank you for notifying us of the problem. We value your feedback and we can assure
you, on behalf of the hotel that this will not happen again.
