JOB TRUST CAREER AGENCY

TERMS OF WORKING AGREEMENT


The JOB TRUST Career Agency (hereinafter JTC), represented by Irina Aslanov, HR Director, on the one part, and
Andrei Zavalisca (hereinafter EMPLOYEE) on the other part (Date of birth: 10.09.1994 & No. of Passport
B1569064 ) have concluded the present Agreement for the following:
Article 1: JTC employs the EMPLOYEE for work at AEGEAN CRETA STAR, located in Rethymnon, Crete,
Greece. The EMPLOYEE will work in Dishwashing department .
Article 2: The EMPLOYEE will work at the above mentioned hotel from 11/06/2016 to 09/09/2016.
Article 3: The EMPLOYEE will be working 5-6 days a week for 8-9 hours long (depending on the season).
Article 4: The EMPLOYEE will be paid according to the national labor law the amount previously agreed in the job
offer. The payment will take place once per month (by 15th day of each next month).
Article 5: The EMPLOYEE is obliged to open a bank account in the PIREUS BANK in his/her own home country and
send to JTC number of the bank account, IBAN, SWIFT/ BIC in order to be paid. Otherwise JTC will not pay salaries
until EMPLOYEE provide the bank account.
Article 6: The EMPLOYEE will be offered for free full board shared accommodation for the whole duration of the
contract and will get 3 meals per day.
Article 7: The EMPLOYEE will adhere to the rules and regulations of JTC. If the EMPLOYEE does not adhere to the
companys policies, JTC has the right to terminate the working agreement.
Article 8: The EMPLOYEE can not interrupt the working contract In case of interruption of the contract the
EMPLOYEE will not be paid for the last working month. The only exception is the departure under extraordinary
circumstances, such as bad health condition (confirmed by the official medical certificate from a Greek hospital) or
death of relatives (proved by the official death certificate and the paper that indicates the kinship).
Article 9: EMPLOYEE should be fully insured (by a private health insurance valid for EU Countries or European
Health Card). The EMPLOYEE must have such insurance (valid for the whole duration of the contract) upon arrival at
the Hotel. The copy of it must be submitted to JTC by email before or upon the arrival. In case EMPLOYEE has no
health insurance JTC would stop immediately any kind of cooperation.
Article 10: EMPLOYEE should make health certificate at the local hospital in Greece right after his/her arrival. The
cost of the health certificate varies between 30 and 50 Euro and is paid by EMPLOYEE. The health certificate is valid
for five years. EMPLOYEE must submit the copy of health certificate to JTC by email within the first month of work.
Article 11: JTC will cover EMPLOYEES travelling expenses by paying a bonus in the end of the contract together
with the last salary. The amount of the bonus is calculated as 50E per each full-worked months but cannot be bigger
than 300E in total. It is paid to EMPLOYEES that complete the whole duration of the contract and submit to JTC all
tickets (air, bus, ferry, etc) to Greece and back home as well as the receipts for the tickets. All tickets and receipts must
be submitted to JTC in ORIGINAL. In case of prior departure (before the ending date of the contract) JTC does not
cover travelling expenses.
I signing this agreement, the parties concerned agree to the conditions stated herein. There are two copies of this
agreement: One (1) copy for JTC and one (1) copy for EMPLOYEE.
