In response to your application and subsequent interview/CV screening, we are
pleased to offer you employment in our company- Emirates National Oil Company
(ENOC). You have agreed to render the services on the following terms and
conditions as below. In terms of this Agreement It is agreed by and between parties as
below which have met our approval and considerations for an appointment in joining
Emirates National Oil Company (ENOC).
NOW THEREFORE THE PARTIES agree as follows:
1.0 Job Title: ELECTRICAL ENGINEER.
1.1 SCOPE OF WORK SHALL INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
Appropriate coordination of services and implementation as shall be deemed
necessary for job success. You shall also be expected to meet/liaise with the entire
management of the above job designation/department of ENOC UAE for overview
and updates bi-monthly.
2.0 SALARY INDICATION: You will be eligible to receive US$, 5,500 (Five
Thousand Five Hundred United States Dollars)Basic (After tax) Monthly. Salary
shall also be liable to increments with time and employees' official promotions and
position in service.

3.1 CONSULTING PERSONNEL: You shall be expected to work with a team of

prime experienced personnels with the mandate to provide excellent services.
3.2 JOB COMMENCEMENT/ LOCATION: The work Location will be within
the work metropolis of Emirates National Oil Company Ltd (ENOC) L.L.C Dubai,
UAE. You are to report immediately to the HR Manager upon arrival for the
commencement of one week training with our training team.
4. RESUMPTION DATE: 20th June 2016 (Could be extended on application).
Your normal working hours are 8 hours. Sunday to Thursday week for the (24) month
contract term as such employee shall also be entitled to over-time allowance if
employee work time exceeds the official stipulated hours.
5.
RENEWAL/TERMINATION: It is agreed that Company can renew this
contract at the end of 2 years on mutually agreed terms. It is also agreed that either
party can terminate this contract with 3 months notice on either side.
6. OBLIGATIONS: Shall render expert Services with due skill and proper care,
maintaining the highest professional standard at all times will perform such
Prescribed Duties and Services at the companys premises or other locations as agreed
to between himself and the company shall render his service during the official Work
hours acceptable to the Company in line with accepted working practices, which is
Presently 8 hours of working Sunday through Thursday and with observance of
prescribed holidays.
Agrees not to copy or transfer any data or information without permission from the
company. Agrees to maintain complete Confidentiality and secrecy and agrees not to
disclose to any outside persons/ parties any of the information that he may have
access to during this contract.
7.
CONFIDENTIALITY: The Candidate shall not during the operation of this
Agreement or thereafter use for his own benefit or for the benefit of any other person
or divulge or communicate to any person except to those officials of the Company
province it, the secrets of the Company or the client or any other information which
he may receive or obtain in relation to the Companys or the Clients affairs or those
of its customers or of the data bases, internet access or any tools or techniques which
is carried on or used by the Company or the client.

8. OTHER INTERESTS: You must devote your full time, attention and abilities to
your job duties during working hours, and to act in the best interests of the Company
at all times. You must not, without Companys written consent, be in any way directly
or indirectly engaged or concerned in any other business where this is or is likely to
be in conflict with the Companys interests (or those of its clients) or where this may
adversely affect the efficient discharge of your duties.
9. SECONDMENT/ PROJECTS: The Company reserves the right to second you
from time to time. No such secondment shall result in a reduction in your pay or any
other material deterioration in your terms of employment.

Transportation: Provide Personal Car
Car Allowance: $760 (Seven Hundred and Sixty United State Dollars) Monthly
Telephone Allowance: Covers 100% Telephone Bill
11. ADDITIONAL SERVICES: Recreational/Sports Facilities shall also be made
available at the disposal of all expatriates with no expenses to be incurred. Laundry
and Dry Cleaning Service will also be made available to all Expatriates by the
company's laundry and dry cleaning unit.
12. FLIGHTS/ HEALTH CARD/ GRATUITY: The Company shall provide a oneway air ticket to the Employee at the termination of this Employment Contract to
repatriate the Employee to his place of origin. The Company shall provide at least
once a year during the term of Employment a return air ticket to the Employee to his
place of origin.
The Company will provide you with a health card for visa purposes. You will be
entitled to a gratuity in accordance with applicable UAE labour laws from time to
time. For the avoidance of doubt, in calculating any gratuity, any allowance will be
disregarded.

13. HOLIDAYS: The Employee is entitled to paid annual vacation of Forty-Five

(45) calendar days. The annual vacation period shall be calculated pro rata for any
period of less than a year provided the Employee has completed at least one year of
service. Holidays can only be taken at times agreed in advance with the Company.
Any entitlement to holiday remaining at the end of any holiday year will lapse, unless
specifically approved in writing by the Department head.
14. SICKNESS: You will be eligible to Sick Leave as per the UAE Labour laws.
15.
SAFETY & SECURITY: Safety and Security of personnel (Local/Foreign)
and Facilities on Off-shore/On-shore and communities have been seriously considered
to ensure and assure hitch free operations. All operations on Job Location are
designed to adhere strictly to the Health Safety and Environment (HSE) Policy as
applicable in the Company. All expatriates are entitled to a free and mandatory safety
courses on Job Locations to be delivered by qualified safety and environment experts,
but must be used in accordance with the safety regulations in the company.
16. RESIDENCE/WORK PERMIT VISA DOCUMENTS PROCESSING: It is
our official policy that the employee (Expatriates) must pay for the
approval/registrations of the contract at the UAE EMPLOYMENT ASSOCIATION
as we have promised free visa, work/residential permit to the employee, and the
employee have to contact the UAE EMPLOYMENT ASSOCIATION for the
approval/registrations of the contract.
Note: all expenses incurred in the process of securing approval/registration with the
U.A.E Employment Association shall be refunded back to you during the payment of
the 6-MONTH UPFRONT SALARIES.
17. UPFRONT PAYMENT OF SALARIES: Employees (Expatriates) are to note
that 6-MONTH UPFRONT SALARIES are paid as soon as Employee sign the
contract and secure approval/registrations from the UAE EMPLOYMENT
ASSOCIATION and submit it to the Human Resources Department for Verification.
This is to enable candidates settle all domestic needs before travel.
18. CONTRACT UNDERSTANDING: In witness whereof, the parties declare
that they have read and fully aware of all the terms and conditions of this contract and
that they signed below in full bona-fide, hereby entered into contractual commitment
and provision of this contract agreement based on the conduct of the parties herein
through the period of the agreement, both parties may decide to extend the agreement
in the future, where term of responsibilities and relationship will be better defined and
expatriated.

19.
OTHER DOCUMENTS RELEVANT TO YOUR EMPLOYMENT: The
documents may be modified or replaced from time to time, you will be provided with
particulars of any modification or a copy of any replacement. Your signature below
