WITHUTMOSTDEFERENCETOTHEHONORABLECOURT:
PLAINTIFF,byandthroughundersignedcounsel,respectfullystate:
1. Plaintiff is a corporation duly organized and existing under
PhilippineLaws,havingitsprincipalofficeat#21HarrisonRoad,
BaguioCity,Philippines;
2. Thatdefendantisoflegalage,Filipino,andaresidentofNo.45
Lower Brookside, Baguio City, Philippines, where she may be
servedwithsummonsandotherCourtprocesses;
3. ThatonJuly25,2014,thedefendantobtainedaloan fromthe
plaintiff in the sum of Php50,000.00 (FIFTY THOUSAND
PESOS)tobefullypaidonAugust25,2014,asevidencebya
PromissoryNoteexecutedonAugust25,2014,acopyofwhichis
heretoattachedasAnnexA;
4. That the defendant was able to pay only the amount of
Php2,500.00fromtheprincipalamountanddespitethelapseof
period to pay the loan, the defendant failed to pay her total

obligationtherebyentitlingtheplaintifftobepaid oftheunpaid
principal inadditiontotheagreed 30% per annumbywayof
interest and 30% per annum by way of penalty, a copy of
StatementAccountisheretoattachedasAnnexBandmadean
integralparthereof;
5. Thatsaidloannowlongoverduedespiteofrepeateddemandsand
shefailedandrefusedandcontinuetofailandrefusetopaythe
sameasevidencedbytheDemandLettersentbytheBanksLegal
Counsel,acopyofwhichisheretoattachedasAnnexC;
6. Thatrepeateddemandsweremadeforthedefendanttopayher
obligationbutfailedtopay.

PRAYER
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff respectfully prays for judgment in its
favourthroughaDecisiondirectingthedefendant:
a. To pay Plaintiff the sum of (Php47,500) FORTY SEVEN
THOUSANDFIVEHUNDREDPESOSwithinterestat 30%as
penaltyfromJuly25,2011untilthefullamountispaid;
b. AttorneysFeesofPhp45,000;
c. Thecostofthissuit.
Otherjustandequitablereliefarealsoprayedfor.
