From the Director’s Chair

Planning ahead... Change is inevitable and the older we get the more we realize that. Sometimes change
is easy and welcome; sometimes it is hard and difficult. Most of the country is now facing
hard and difficult decisions. Public libraries in general and the Martinsburg-Berkeley County
