SEICHIM (pronounced say-keen), an Egyptian word meaning power, was discovered in 1980 by an American
Reiki Master, Patrick Zeigler, much in the same mystical way as Usui received Reiki. Sometimes Seichim is
spelled Sekhem or SKHM. Sekhem is also the Egyptian equivalent of the Indian term prana and the words chi and
ki as used in the Orient to denote the all-encompassing essential force that binds the universe together and is
present in all life. Sekhem is both all around us and in us. Seichim (pronounced "Say-keem") is living light
energy as well as an ancient Egyptian system of healing wisdom.
Known as the Living light energy, Seichim is a complete healing system which incorporates symbols and energy
work, and is passed via a singular attunement. What is the Living Light? Seichim, (pronounced "say-keem"), is the
Living Light energy as well as an ancient Egyptian system of healing wisdom. Sometimes, Seichim is spelled;
Sekhem or SKHM, (pronounced "say-kem"), is an Egyptian word meaning power or might. Some believe each
spelling is related to different forms of energy healing.
Seichim focuses on balancing the masculine and feminine energies within us, creating an energy that is more
concentrated, yet gentle. When I speak of the Living Light, it is in all- encompassing terms. The Living Light, is
comprised of all of the wisdom, love, attributers, power, virtues, and aspects of the Creator, All-That-Is. The
Living Light of the Creator is who you are. Know that you are a Being of Light, encased in your earthly body.
Originally Patrick Ziegler was guided to add additional symbols and to change the name from Reiki to SEICHIM.
. SEICHIM was the original name given to the system and SEICHIM has gone through a few developments along
the way since the rediscovery of the energy by Patrick Zeigler in 1980.
Patrick went public with his story in January-February of 1997, first on the AOL Reiki boards and then through a

The History of Seichim in Patrick Zeigler's own words

Patrick: I was always drawn to Egypt. That was the area I was most fascinated with and being an architect and in
architectural school one of the things I did was a competition for a tourist complex at the pyramids where I started
to incorporate a lot of the angles and geometry from the pyramids and began to work with the sacred geometry
from the pyramids in a lot of my projects. By working with it, I just had to go the Egypt. That was one of my goals
and my dreams. One of the things I want to stress is that it doesn't necessarily mean that each of us has to go to
Egypt. I had somehow set up in my own belief structure that going to Egypt was when something wonderful
would happen to me and that was just my path.
I didn't know how I would go to Egypt, but I ended up being drawn to apply to the Peace Corps. So I applied and it
ended up my first choice was going to Nepal. They did not have the Peace Corps in Egypt at the time nor was it
offered, but I ended up going to Yemen which was another Arab country on the tip of Saudi Arabia across from
Africa.
After being in Yemen for quite a long time, one of the reasons that I went there was that I felt I could connect very
strongly with the Sufi tradition which is the mystical side of Islam -- much like within Christianity there are
definitely more mystical aspects within the Christian faith that deal with connecting more fully, kind of like having
extra meditation practices and really striving to connect. It wasn't just your secular Islam. I had not really
experienced any of that, but I really felt drawn to do that. I had gone to Yemen and unfortunately didn't connect
with any Sufi groups at all there, so I just practiced meditation very regularly there. I had a lot of free time,
because of the way the culture is structured and what then ended up developing was my own spiritual practice and
also learning some of the basics of other Islamic religions which was very important for me to get around and to
communicate and to talk to people.
About halfway through I had my vacation come and off we went to Egypt and my very first thought was to come
and go to the pyramids. For those of you who have been there, you can just visualize what it is like to be there and
for those of you who have not been there I will just begin to describe what it is like. When you first start coming in
on the bus you can see the pyramids. They just begin to poke up through the trees. You can see them like huge
monuments. It's really spectacular as you begin to leave Cairo. Cairo is on the east bank. Giza is the town which is
around the pyramids on the west bank of the Nile. The Egyptians would divide up, the west side being really the
place of the burial sites of the Pharaohs and the of other world. Most of the things that were happening on the other
side - the eastern side was really the side of the life - of the now. So that's where people farmed and lived their
lives. The west bank was all sacred. So as you enter over you can actually feel the energy shifting as you cross
over the Nile and move into the plateau of the pyramids and they are on a plateau which makes them even more
spectacular.
The busses come up very close to the pyramids and you get out and walk right up to them. The pyramids fill your
whole field of vision. While you are there people are trying to sell you camel rides, and sell you all kinds of things
for tourists. I just kind of walked right through and as I went into the pyramids there is a place where the thieves
had actually carved out which is the main entrance. It's about a quarter of the way up the pyramid. And then there
is this carved out entrance that you go into and then as you go into that you start to go into the smaller chambers
where you actually have to crouch down. So imagine yourself having to crouch down a little bit and beginning to
go through some of these chambers. It is a very tight space. The temperature with a lot of people in there was a
little warm, but not uncomfortable. You had to go through these tunnels. The tunnels are very squared. They are

not really meant for people to be walking in. They had giant plugs of granite that they would put into these tunnels
which you would use and then you would come along and you could go two ways. You could go straight. You
could go into the Queen's chamber, which is where I went first. You would go straight in. The hallway would get
bigger and then you would go into a little doorway and to the right the chamber would open. The Queen's chamber
was much smaller. It has a little pointed roof where it would go up. It also had the sarcophagus in it to the right as
well. Energetically, it was very peaceful there. I just sat down and meditated for awhile. It was a time of the day
where you didn't have a lot of people there. I had the whole place to myself as I had come there early in the
morning. I just sat there and felt the energy and felt drawn to move around into the chamber because at that point
since there was a little more activity coming in, I then decided I would go around and check into the King's
chamber next.
In the King's chamber there is what they call a Grand Gallery. You enter in and it just goes up almost probably 24
or 30 feet. You go from this small claustrophobic tube to this very high spacious staircase that goes up and up and
up about two thirds of the way into the pyramid. As you begin to get up in there it levels off a bit and then you
begin to come into the King's chamber. As you enter into the King's chamber the sounds are just awesome. Every
sound begins to vibrate. It is like you are walking into a big bell. So as you walk the sound of your footsteps
begins to vibrate. If you are quiet enough you can practically hear yourself breathing in this space. Acoustically,
it's perfect. You can make an Om sound and the Om is just carried through. It's so deep. Again, I just walked in and
felt right at home. I began to walk around and the sarcophagus is off to the right and the position of the head and,
again I was assuming, was up to the north. So the sarcophagus was oriented in the north-south position. The
sarcophagus itself is the container where the King was placed and is a solid piece of granite. I could walk up and
hit it and it would just go bong. It would be almost like a gong. That itself carries a lot of energy. Again I knew that
I wasn't staying at this time. I walked around. I knew in my heart that I needed to spend the night in this place. I
didn't know how I was going to do it, but again I asked for the guidance for this to occur. Right when I was
leaving, I started to look down and there was this little door where some thieves had tried to carve in and around
the granite that encased the King's chamber. So the little tiny hole was big enough for someone to crawl up into but
definitely would have taken some effort in there. There was a gate there that was covering it but the gate was
unlocked. So I felt like hmm. I had a flashlight with me and I got my flashlight out and looked up in there and I
thought, "well that looks interesting" and this voice said, "you are going in there." So I said, "I'm going to go in
there, but not now."
So I went home and the next morning I returned. And I had prepared. I had decided that I would fast from that
point so that way I would clean my bowels out. I had fasted the night before and hadn't eaten anything in the
morning. I came back and had the things I would need for spending the night there. Again the gate was left open,
so when there wasn't anyone around, I opened the gate and crawled in and shut it behind me and kept crawling. Of
course I had no idea of what was in there and I crawled up and up and up. It went into a little alcove that was
above the King's chamber. I was actually quite amazed that all the blocks that are on the outside and are shown are
perfect. They are well fitted together, but the blocks that are on the inside of the pyramid are actually quite crude
and rough which was the way they built buildings in that part of the world. They would make the outside perfect
and finish the inside a little rougher.
So I sat there and meditated. I meditated all day long. It was just wonderful. I was just in this almost suspended
animation. There was a very nice energy. It wasn't rough or anything and it was just really calm and peaceful. I
meditated all day long right up above the King's chamber and every now and then could hear some of the tourists
coming and going from where I was. I waited until I felt all the people leave and, actually, I could hear them shut
the gate. It was about 7:00 at night and I could hear them. They have a big metal gate at the front and it echoed all
the way up through the Grand Gallery into the King's chamber up to where I was at. So I just waited a little bit
longer until it was absolutely still and there wasn't another sound and that's when I came out. I crawled out of the
tunnel that I was in and I went directly into the King's chamber. And, of course, it was just absolutely pitch black.

There was no light whatsoever. I did have my flashlight so I could get around. I turned it on and found the
sarcophagus and proceeded to sit in mediation in it. At that point a voice said, "No, you aren't supposed to sit in it."
So I laid down. It was actually a very good fit. For those of you that have never met me, I am very tall. I am about
6'5". But it fit perfectly! Now, of course, this is not the coffin that the King is put in. This is the outer casing.
And as I was laying down I bumped the edge and it reverberated this wonderful tone -- "bohhmm" it was like a
gonging sound. I laid down and just started to meditate and before long I could hear this very high pitched sound
coming, like an "eeeeeeeeee" and I go "Oh wow! That's awful quick!" You know, things are starting to happen.
And I was laying there and I said "Okay, whatever's going to happen, you know, just come on in." And before long
I realized that this high pitched sound was mosquitoes. And I was like, "Wait a minute. There's not supposed to be
mosquitoes in the pyramids!" You know from the reading I have done, these forms of life where not supposed to
be here. And that's one thing that I definitely have a problem with, mosquitoes. And I wasn't prepared. Now I did
have a roll of toilet paper, so I thought, "Oh, what I'll do is...because I don't want mosquitoes chewing on me all
night" and so I took the toilet paper and started to wrap myself up so they couldn't bite. I wrapped my arms all up
with the toilet paper and I wrapped my feet because I didn't have socks or anything on. And then I wrapped my
face as well and laid back down again.
And once I began to get comfortable I heard this "boom....boom" sound. And I thought, "Oh, no...someone's
coming." And so here I am, laying in a sarcophagus all wrapped up in toilet paper, and someone's coming. My
mind is going, "Well, like, what should I do? Should I try to get back out?" And I realized if someone's coming up
the grand gallery and I get up I'll have to turn my light on in here where it's pitch black and, of course, they would
see me. So I thought "I'm just going to stay put." And actually what happened was I couldn't move anyway! It was
like this energy was just over me and I was there.
And so I just stayed and listened and listened. And it was this sound you know...like this "boom...boom" and I
could feel it coming up the Grand Gallery. And I began to rationalize, I'd say "well, maybe it's somebody coming."
Then I thought, "no, if it were somebody coming up the steps they would turn on a light." And at that point I
realized whatever it is, is not human. And so it's not human, then what else could it be? Well, maybe it's bats, so it's
like bats flitting around and I'm hearing the bat droppings or there's something going on. And as I listen deeper, it's
like no, it's too consistent. It can't be an animal or anything. So at that point I realized that it's something beyond
animal or human. And at that point I also began to feel a fear coming in me. "Like, what is going on here?! What is
really happening?" And the fear -- now I've been in a lot of situations before which were very fearful situations
where people pointed guns at me and everything. But the fear just started overwhelming me and I just fell deeper
and deeper and deeper into the fear. It was almost freezing me, it was just overwhelming me with this fear. I was
going, like wow, you know, just being overwhelmed with this fear. And it got the closer, the sound of it, I could
feel it coming closer and as it got closer I became more fearful. As it entered into the King's chamber, I could
actually feel a presence coming towards me. And my fear went deeper, and deeper, and as it got closer, and closer I
just had no idea what was going to happen.
All of a sudden I felt this energy was above me and I could actually, for the first time see it and it was like
whirling. And it almost had this figure eight type pattern. It was like moving around in circles and flying over me
and at that point I said, "Well, I could die now. Or I could just allow whatever this is to happen to me. I mean this
is the reason I came." And energetically then it started, it was as almost like, I said, "okay, I'm open to whatever
happens." And the fear began to melt away and the energy just started to come down into my heart. I felt this
warmth and this love all of a sudden just fill my whole being. And as the fear began to be transformed, it
transformed right into this feeling of love. As I began to feel it coming into my body, I went back and I could hear
the sound and the sound that I was hearing the whole time was that of my heart. It was like this sound that been
transformed outside myself now and into the inside, so it was really transfixed now right in my heart. And for the
whole evening, I just sat and laid down in meditation just feeling the energy within my heart and feeling it come

all the way through my body, just allowing myself to receive whatever else would come in. And that's how most of
this night went, just being bathed in this love for the rest of the evening.
I realized that soon it was going to be morning. I did have my alarm set in case I would fall asleep or whatever but
I didn't sleep at all. The alarm went off and I said, "okay I'd better get back". I left the King's chamber and went
back into my hiding place and waited for the first few tour groups to go through. When I felt it was an appropriate
time I came out. And when I came out, I realized that I was white. I was covered in this white dust. I looked down
at my arms and they were just totally white with this white powder. I brushed it off as well as I could. I also felt it
in my hair and brushed it out as much as I could. I got as much of it off as I could yet it was caked all over my
clothes and everything.
A few tour groups came through and I then walked out with one of them. And then as I was leaving, the guards
started to call me in Arabic, "Come here!" and I pretended I didn't hear them and kept walking and walking and
walked out of the pyramid and they're yelling "You get back here!" I just kept walking and walking and pretty
soon, it was just such good luck, because there was a bus just starting to pull away, and I ran for the bus and I
jumped on and it took off. I ended up back in my hotel room. When I got in I looked in the mirror and I was just
totally white. I had a beard at the time and it was just as if someone had taken white flour and just sprinkled me all
over.
I laid down and sat with the energy for awhile. And later on in the day I took a shower, cleaned up. I decided to go
into the old city of Cairo where all the old mosques and everything were located. Actually, many of the blocks
from the pyramids were used to build some of the mosques that were in the old city. As I was walking into the old
city this woman came up to me who was all dressed in orange and had a mandala around her neck. and she was a
Bagwhan Rasneechi (sp??) which is very rare in Egypt. She came up to me and said, "I'm looking for someone and
was wondering if you could help me?" I would wear the galabeia??, I would wear the robes and everything and the
turban and everything, so I...we were both sort of dressed non-Western like. I said, "sure I'll do what I can and try
to help you find him." And I could speak pretty good Arabic so we walked in and she had the name of a man and I
thought well "Good Luck!" you know, but I walked over and asked in Egyptian, "would you happen to be able to
help me find this person?" And he said, "Oh yes. He doesn't live here. But there's a group of his students, they have
a school right across the street."
And I was just like "Okay...". So I went over there and it was essentially a school for Sufis. They invited us in and
we told them who we were looking for and, of course, they said, "Well, the Sheik, whose name is Mohamed
Osman Brahani , he lives in the Sudan. But if you'd like to stay with us we'll teach you what he teaches us. And so
we said "Fine" and we stayed there about a week with them. It was just wonderful. Their whole practice was just
what I had learned in the pyramid, i.e., essentially focusing on the heart. And they would hold the heart center
when they would do their prayers. And then they had this dance which was not like the normal Sufi dancing that I
was used to where they would do a spiral. Instead, they would move from left to right swaying in this infinity
pattern. They would all line up and I have to admit that it was usually always the men, the men would line up and
the women would then sit off in another room lined up and they would sit and pray while the men would stand and
pray and usually do some chanting while they were doing their prayers. And this is what they would call zicker
(sp??) which was their remembering. It was very, very powerful and the energy would come flowing in. They
would dance the energy and as they did the drumming and the singing would get stronger and stronger and they
would build the energy. Then they would quiet down and we would sit for a while and then would go back into it.
They would do this almost all night long.
I did this for about a week and at the end of the week I started having visions. Actually a man would come to me
and he was a black man with a turban. I began to tell the group about my vision. Of course they had pictures of

him all over the place and that may have helped but it was just so clear. And they told me that one of the gifts of
the Sheik is that he does visit us in our dreams very often and teaches us that way.
My friend and I, Bergit (sp??) was her name, decided then that we were going to go to the Sudan. We were going
to take the train and boat and travel the whole overland experience. When we told the group we were going to go,
they said, "no, no, no" and they gave us both airplane tickets which was really quite astonishing. We flew down
and got off of the flight and had no idea where we were going yet we had the Sheik's name. We got off the plane
and it was interesting because before I left the group had given me new robes and shoes and dressed me all up and
everything. They wanted to me shave but I couldn't, "no, no, I can't do that." But they had fixed me all up. We
walked off the plane and got our bags and were walking along. A taxicab driver came up and we asked if he could
take us to see Sheik Mohamed Osman Brahani. And he says, "Why certainly!" He knew exactly where we needed
to go and he drove us right to the door. He would not take any money at all which was just total astonishment.
We went to visit inside his home. He had a very small home yet with a very big living room and people would be
lined up and he sat at the end in a big chair. There also were chairs all the way around the room and other people
were sitting around. We came in and introduced ourselves. It was very informal and he would share and talk. I
spent about a week with him, no actually it was two weeks. The first week was mainly getting to know the people.
They would have dinner and everybody would share the meal. The Sheik would tell me stories and he talked a lot
about how the earth had changed.
He said at one time Adam and Eve were almost like giants, they were huge. He talked about how as people would
take from the earth they would get smaller. So there was a lot of this and through the years the size of man began
to get smaller and smaller. He gave me a little bit of a history of this but most of it was mythical. Then after the
first week he gave me some beads and said now with each of the beads you say "Allah." There were 100 beads and
as you would go through them this was your way of counting out "Allah" 100 times. You'd really continually do it
all the time rather than just doing it 100 times in the morning or whatever. Then as you'd go around you had
another little counter, just so that at the end of the day you knew how many you had been able to say. This would
give your mind a little to focus on as well.
Then the Sheik -- it was interesting -- he looked at me and said, "You know, usually I ask the people when you are
saying "Allah" to focus on one of the prophets. You can focus on me, you can focus on Mohammed, on Abraham,
Adam or one of the prophets." Then he looked at me and said "or if you want, you can just visualize the most
beautiful light." Because he knew I had a lot of resistance to worshiping another man and I think he just tuned
right into that and he said, "You just focus and visualize the light and just say Allah." It really came through as "All
love" for me and so that was what I would say, "All love, all love, all love." It was so beautiful because I didn't
have anything else to do and so for the rest of the week that's what I did.
About halfway through the second week, I was laying in bed.. I actually had like a little fever. The Sheik would
come into the guest quarters to visit. There were two buildings and the Sheik had his own place. The guests would
stay in another building about a block away. I was laying in bed waiting for him to come because he would come
every evening. I looked up and he was standing next to my bed and he asked me, "You know Abdolla, you really
should become a Muslim." At that point I said, "No, I really cannot become a Muslim mainly because of the way
you treat your women." He looked at me and he said, "Well, I understand." For just a second I looked away and
then when I looked back he was gone. I looked around and asked "Well, where are you? Where did you go?" I got
up and walked around and asked everybody, "Where is the Sheik? I was just talking to him." They said, " no, the
Sheik never came." I became very curious and said, What do you mean? I was just talking to him." Everybody
said, "No, no, no, he never came, he never came." I could not believe it.

So I put on my shoes and went over to his house. And he had someone taking care of him and I asked "Is the Sheik
in?" And he said, "Yeah, he's in. You can come in." And we were both there together alone. I had asked the
caretaker before I went in "Did the Sheik leave?" And he said, "No, no, he's been here the whole time." I walked in
and the Sheik was laying down. As I walked in, he looked over at me and said, "You know, you really should
become a Muslim." Fora moment I was just speechless. Finally, I looked at him and said "Well, I already answered
you." He just smiled. We meditated together for awhile and he held my hand. They were really into holding hands
there. In my heart part of me wanted what they had with their faith but I just knew that I could not become a
Muslim like they were and that is what I expressed to him and he said, "Well, that's okay, that's okay." Then I left
and continued with all the meditation and teachings he had given me which I still do today. And that was really the
only teaching.
Up to that point I had really just worked on myself. Eventually when I got back to Yemen all of a sudden it was
like a whole new world had opened up for me. I was starting to do out of body experiences weekly almost,
sometimes twice a week, just experiencing flying around and having incredible experiences. One of the most
powerful experiences happened one evening when I was sitting and meditating. I started to hear these beautiful
sounds. First it was like a drumming sound and then it would move to a bumble bee sound. This would happen
quite regularly yet on one particular night it moved all the way and it was like angels singing.
I had a friend with whom I would share a lot of the experiences I was going through. She lived in the same house
as me. I lived at the top and she lived at the bottom. When I would meditate I made sure my door was shut and put
a mattress over the door so that their sounds from the other people wouldn't disturb me. On this particular night, I
could hear the beautiful sounds again and all of a sudden I was completely free of my physical body. I was in the
sound and the light was just pouring in. I really wanted to share this with somebody and before I knew it I was in
my friend's room with her and I looked over at her and said, "Susan, do you want to come with me and listen to
some beautiful music?" She was laying in bed and she looked up and said, "No, I'm too tired" and my heart just
sank. Then something inside of me said, "You can experience this on your own." Instantly, I went into an even
deeper level of this sound and it was just amazing. The angels were singing and it felt like I was in heaven.
Before I knew it, the sun was coming through my window and it was morning. I opened the door and was going
down the steps. Susan was coming up. One of the things I was always asking was am I going crazy? What's going
on here? I could have these experiences probably if I took LSD or something. That's what it was like. Is there a
reality to it? That was the question that was on my mind. Is there a reality to it? As Susan was coming up the steps
and I was coming down, Susan looked into my eyes and said, "Did you come to my room last night?" That
confirmed it and, of course, I explained it to her. At that point I realized that yes, this is a shared reality.
That's when the healing started to come in. I found whenever I'd start to get sick I'd put my hands on my body. My
whole body would start to vibrate and shake. Usually, if I felt sick I'd feel better. I did this mostly on myself. I
really did not have any training or know what to do if I worked with anyone else so I did not work on others. This
kept happening.
Eventually I left Yemen. I then went for two years into Nepal and continued working and meditating and staying
with the energy and had many wonderful experiences there as well. But deep inside I knew that I had to do some
learning about healing. So when I came back to America, I immediately sent off literature to different healing
schools and eventually ended up at the New Mexico Academy of Healing Arts and studied massage there. The
school also taught energetic healing and vibrational healing and it was just wonderful.
At that point I had also met a woman who offered to do a Reiki session on me and it was like "Oh, wow!" It was
so similar to the energy I had experienced earlier. As she activated it, I would feel it go through my body. So I took
the first and second degree on the first weekend without even knowing anything more about Reiki. I took it from a

lady named Marilyn Alvy who was one of Barbara Ray's students and then decided that if there was more I wanted
to learn it. The information I had was really very basic and the symbols were interesting but I really wanted to
know more. I knew Barbara Ray had written a book and was quite famous for her Reiki. So I figured I might as
well study with one of the best people and then I found out about Phyllis Furamoto as well and gave her a call and
spoke with her and was going to do the Reiki mastership. I did not have any money. It was interesting that all of
sudden my parents called me the following weekend and said that the inheritance from my grandfather had come
through. My parents sent the money and so I was able to do the Reiki training. This was all in a period of over a
year.
I was getting ready to go do the Reiki training and all of a sudden Bergit, (sp??) the lady I met in Egypt, showed
up. She had called me so I was expecting her. When she arrived in Santa Fe, I thought she was coming for a visit.
Instead, she said, "You know, I've been asked to take you back to Khartoum." I said, "Well, I really can't. I've
already made these arrangements for the Reiki master course." and she said that we could work it out. So we went
through Houston and I picked up my passport. I did the Reiki training which was just a weekend. Then we got on
an airplane and went back to Egypt. On the way to Egypt they lost all my bags and I only had like a couple
hundred dollars with me. Fortunately, clothing was inexpensive and so I bought myself some robes and everything.
We went all the way into Khartoum and they were very hospitable. That's when some of the elders came up and
started to talk to me. They said, "You know, you're one of the few Americans that really spent any time with the
Sheik." They started asking me all kinds of questions, like what where some of the things he had talked to me
about? I did have a translator but I could understand some of the Arabic. I found what the translator was telling me
was about 80% correct. It was interesting because that's when they told me that the prayer the Sheik had given me
he doesn't give to just anyone. Att that point I could tell that they wanted me to become a Sheik and start to teach.
They also wanted me to marry Bergit (sp??) so we would teach together. I had not really known Bergit (sp??) that
well and wasn't inclined to marry her.
I spent a couple weeks with them and we worked with the zicker (sp??) and the dancing. It just wasn't the same. I
forgot to even mention, the reason I went back was because the Sheik had died and this was his yearly anniversary
and I was really speaking with his son. They gave me their blessings and pretty much said to go out and teach
anyway, "We know you're not going to be a Muslim Sheik but share and spread the Sheik's teachings and the
things he had taught you."
I returned to the U.S. and it was interesting because all within a three week period of time I did the Reiki and then
had the Sufi healing work as well. I went back to Santa Fe and then eventually up to California to study with a
man named David Quigley who did Alchemical Hypnotherapy which is a very wonderful process of healing. At
that point, I started a small healing group and we did toning together and laying on of hands healing. I also began
to teach some of the Reiki but I just did not feel right with it as I did not use the symbols or anything at all.
It was when I was teaching a class that I met T'Om. He asked me about Reiki because he felt a lot of the energy I
was working with was similar to Reiki. He asked me to teach him some more about this. I told him I could teach
him the whole Reiki mastership if he liked but that I wasn't into the $10,000 thing at all. I wanted to just teach it.
So I essentially taught him the Reiki and at the same time taught him the Seichim with the symbol Cho Ku Ret.
This all came about within a week's period of time. I had no idea what to call it.
I was dating a woman named Christine who channeling an entity named Marat. When I started to talk to Marat
about Reiki that's when Marat said what I was doing was Seichim. Marat began to talk about the energy and how it
worked and how to do the attunements. Essentially, the main thing with the attunements was first you draw the
energy symbol on ______. It is interesting because he called it the "Cho Ku Ret" which is like the Cho Ku Rei
with an infinity sign connected to it. You take it and first you draw it on ________ for what would be similar to a

first degree healing. The second degree healing would be more that it's integrated and drawn onto the body and
given more dimension. The master degree level would be where you would stand back and just visualize that
person as being this infinity symbol. So those were the different facets of the energy.
So this is one of the things I taught T'Om.. T'Om was really one of the main links. He taught Phoenix Summerfield
(formerly Kathleen McMasters) and then other symbols started to come through. That's where a lot of the
Everlasting Light symbols come through. Then the Mai Yur Ma (sp??) symbol came through.
I was also at the same time getting a lot of other images. Essentially it comes down to form. I did not put down
what I was getting into any kind of a form whereas T'Om and Phoenix were very much into creating the form of it.
They did a wonderful job. Phoenix, I would say is even more responsible than T'Om for really getting out and
teaching it. We had various conversations where she called me and asked me about the energy. I really gave her
my deepest blessings to go out and teach it. I would say that she is the one really responsible as she would go out
to the expos and teach it and share it. She eventually went to Australia and touched all over the world. That is how
it all began.

Seichim as taught by Patrick today:

It attunes one to Living Light energy which moves in a figure eight rather than a spiral as in Reiki. The
attunement process is done during meditation where the high heart chakra is opened and connected with Earth and
Universal energies. Patrick feels that it is better to let the energy itself be the teacher, that way he does not place
his own limitations on it. The feeling of energy during the attunement is very ethereal, with a flavor similar to
Reiki/Radiance. It is said that with Seichim one can direct and control the intensity of the energy.
Seichim and Reiki work together as a unification of sacred healing energies to completely balance and harmonize
a persons physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies. This expands the individuals capacity to carry more
light and love and anchors and grounds the essential life force within his or her energy system.
You may feel a different energy while channeling Seichim rather than Reiki. Where Reiki is the White Divine
Light, Seichim is the Rainbow both from the same place, but a very different experience.

HAND POSITIONS
Much is made of correct hand positions in Reiki.
In Seichim, we teach in a whole different way. Start by laying your hands on the persons head. Crown or back of
head is fine.
Then let your intuition tell you where to go next!
If you feel too embarrassed to do a healing this way, just remember to work head to foot, covering the major areas
of the body. Never touch anyone in an intimate area.

A nice way to do a self-healing is to hug yourself, hands on shoulders. This is comfortable enough to fall asleep
while doing it. You can follow this by sliding your hands in your armpits. This allows access to the lymph glands.
Work on your feet. It feels great and releases a lot of tension. Laying your hands on each hand in turn (a hand
sandwich!) is very soothing, especially to anyone with arthritis, carpal tunnel, etc.

SEICHIM Specific Symbols

Seichim also shares some of the Reiki symbols Cho Ku Rei, Sei He Ki, Hon Sha Ze Sho
Nen and the Mastery symbol Day Ko Myo.
Cho Ku Rei (Traditional Usui Style)

Although the Reiki Symbols are used these are NOT Reiki attunements. Within the context of the Seichim
attunement there are several subtle differences.First, the infinity symbol is used prior to the attunement. The Intent
of the attunements is to perform Seichim attunements, the connection to the energy is not Reiki. All the Seichim
Symbols are placed in the crown for any level attunement.
The Cho Ku Rei is the Power symbol in the Reiki System. This symbol represents a spiral manifestation of energy
and a connection to the source. It opens us up to the source energy. Remember that all energy, whether Reiki or
Seichim come from the one source. The Cho Ku Rei, and the Infinity symbol (below) are both quick convenient
methods of connecting to the Seichim Source, but also useful in clearing spaces (rooms, etc.) and in healing.
To cleanse a room, Draw it in the corners of a room intending it be cleansed. Draw it on objects in your
environment intending they be cleansed and operate for your highest good. Draw it on objects and send Seichim
into them to empower them with Seichim.

Sei He Kei - (traditional Usui Style)

The second symbol is called Sei Hei Ki. It is pronounced "say hay key". This symbol is known as the
mental/emotional symbol, but also as the harmony symbol. It is used to heal old mental and emotional energetic
patterns or habits. It is also used to bring up the emotional issues underneath physical problems. It helps reinforce
positive behavior changes.
This symbol focuses Reiki energy on the emotional body. This symbol is used for healing the emotions, and
releasing and changing negative feelings that are held onto into positive ones. It is also the symbol for harmony. It
is also used to help release negative conditioning from past experiences by changing reacting to responding.
Buddhists believe that ego is conditioning. The Zen sages knew that to be free of suffering was to end desire. It
was only be removing the conditionings of life (ego), that one could be free and experience harmony and oneness.
This symbol is for healing and releasing those feelings, desires and conditionings. Healing with the Sei Hei Ki can
be as simple as using the symbol while doing a healing using the regular hand positions. It can also be used as part
of an emotional meditation to help release and heal these conditionings and patterns that underlie problems.

SEI HE KI SEICHIM
Encircling Sei-He-Ki with a square of spears in movement makes an effect which brings calm and peace to a
person or himself . The Box and

Hon Sha Z Sho Nen (Traditional Usui Style)

The Distance Healing symbol is called the Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen. This symbol enables us to send healing energies
to others at a distance. This can be used to send Reiki across the street or to other parts of the world. It can be used
when doing hands on Reiki healing would be inappropriate (with a burn patient or someone with sexual abuse
issues). In these cases Reiki can be sent distantly from across the room. Such line of sight uses of the distant
symbol are called "Beaming".
The Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen is made up of five distinct elements. It means "no past, no present, no future". In
distance healing, Reiki energy can be sent thousands of miles away, or across a room. With distance healing there
is "no past, no present, no future." All time is now!
Some people believe that this symbol enables them to send to the Past or Future. I believe this is a mistaken
understanding of the meaning of this symbol. Its meaning is "all time is now". The past does not exist. It has

happened. It cannot be undone. It only exists as we remember it and recreate for ourselves that past. To recreate
the past means that we, through our current understanding and beliefs look at what has happened and with our
energy bring it alive for ourselves. When we feel anger at past events we are recreating this anger. Not reliving the
anger, but recreating it for ourselves. This is one way people do not heal. It might be that they are not ready to
release that pain or anger. When we send reiki to the "past" we are healing ourselves in the now, by healing that
part of us that continually recreates that past.
Likewise, there is no future. We can create the future, indeed a multitude of them with imagination and longing
and desire. We can invest energy into that future and even feel emotional responses to that future. In doing so we
condition ourselves and our reactions and limit our ability to be in this "now" and be spontaneous and genuine.

DISTANT HEALING WITH SEICHIM

The simplest method is to first do the infinity meditation for a few moments. Next draw the infinity symbol and
then the HSZSN. Now simply raise one arm and focus on the person who will be receiving. Allow the energy to
flow through that hand to the person.
There are many variations and versions of each symbol, all seen to work as its the Intent that counts.
This list is by no means an exhaustive list of the symbols in use; it is just ones I have come across as I have
looked at different systems, and show the growth and flow of Seichim.
It is best to use only the symbols you feel comfortable with and that work for you.

SEICHIM Specific Symbols

INFINITY Flowing of Creation

- Aligns oneself to God, nature and inner self, activates the flow of Seichim energy.

Draw in a continuous motion. 3 times.

The INFINITY symbol empowers and enforces the true flowing of creation through the divine Ying-Yang, which
has no end! This can be used at the Start of a Seichim healing session. Sign/draw the Infinity symbol in your palms

to active the Seichim energy. It is not a must to activate Seichim before the Reiki you can mix and match the
symbols as you wish.

MAI-YUR-MA (sounds like may yoor ma) The Heart

-

The first symbol is MAI-YUR-MA (pronounced may-yoor-ma) and enhances and magnifies healing with
the power of love. It is used over the heart region. You can vary this symbol by drawing additional rings.
The traditional alternatives are to draw either seven or nine rings on each side, as opposed to the usual
three. Good for healing relationship issues and opens up the heart center.

Mai-Yur-Ma

The MAI-YUR-MA symbol heals the heart. It opens up the heart and clears away emotional trauma. It can also
bring in trust and understanding and promotes a very positive reaction from the client.

CHO-KU-REI The Magnifier

- Very similar to Reiki symbol but its drawn in a slightly different way

The Seichim Cho-Ku-Rei is different from the Reiki one as it empowers and magnifies all other symbols. It also
activates the properties of making things whole. Can also be magnified to the power of 3, 7, or 9.

Seichim symbols to grounding :

TAM A RA SHA

One version of the Tam a ra sha is used for grounding, and the other is used to link with Spirit.

To ground all the lines are drawn downwards, and the curved line is reversed, so its end drops downwards. To link
to spirit all the lines are drawn upwards and the curved line is drawn as above. The circle can be drawn to the
power of 3,7,9 to increase the power of the symbol.

Healing Triangle :

Healing Trianglecan be used to create a better situation or heal a problem at some level of the psyche. The
three Cho Ku Rei can be drawn either clockwise or anticlockwise as guided.

LIGHTNING BOLT

Commonly usedim Initiations is excellent for aiding in the removal of energy blockages.
The Lightning Bolt symbol is excellent and very powerful method of dispelling doldrums
and unwanted past belief systems. You can use this symbol to remove/release an energy
blockage. Draw it over the areas of energy blockage and/or pain.
ADDITIONAL SYMBOLS
There are many other symbols that have evolved and the following are some more symbols that can be used with
your Seichim or Reiki/Seichim session. The main ones explained above are all you need but I thought I would
include some more Seichim symbols here. The main thing is to Master the relevant symbols you need otherwise
you may get too over whelmed by them all!

ANGEL WINGS

- Self-realization of your potential to give wings. This symbol brings in energy to help the person/situation
reach its highest possible potential. This can be used in every treatment as it connects you with the universe. Use it
on everything! Once connected to the universe, it is time to see you can be a truly spiritual being!
- It is drawn with both hands from middle down.
CHO KU RET

other version

Start like Cho Ku Rei but finish with infinity 3 times.

- Also called Zara. This symbol empowers the world around you it will awaken the things/objects/people around
you awaken the consciousness within and around. This can be used everywhere you go, just experiment.

Above are two different versions of CHO-KU-RET. These can be used to charge objects with healing
energy. Go with whichever version seems to resonate with you. Repeat the infinitysymbol (figure of eight
in the centre)
3, 7 or 9 times.

EEEF T CHAY Sounds like if tee chai

Other version

Endless Inner Wisdom, this symbol is commonly used to open the Brow Chakra/Third Eye. Its an aid to
achieving inner Sight. Its said it allows one to see through the different veils of illusion to see things as how they
really are.
MALE/FEMALE BALANCE(Yin-Yiang)

Draw shape, top to bottom. Draw inner petals (both hands or left side right side) then outer petals.
- This symbol helps to remove the duality that prevails in all things. It helps to find balance in ourselves. Some of
us are too yin and others are too yang (i.e. Too much one thing) so in essence this symbol addresses that and
re-aligns/balances the energy. This can be useful in healing emotional issues for yourself or your client.

HIGH-LOW GOD SYMBOL

Draw the long line top to bottom. Draw infinity-3 times. Add four rays going outward top left, top right, bottom
left, bottom right.
- This symbol helps to align the Higher, Lower and God aspects of someone so they all work together for the
highest good of the individual. This can be used balancing, gaining clarity over an issue. Very powerful, needs to
be done AFTER the other work. A very important cleanse. Can signal big changes in ones life.
Align Higher, Lower, and Godselves, similar to HUNA. Balances the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of
the person.

DIVINITY

I find that if a person is really stressed and totally shut down in their feelings and living a life full of
negative patterns and constant dramas with themselves and others, the symbol called Divinity is
called in to totally heal the issue. The Divinity symbol helps you to forgive and move on in your life.
It shows you how to love yourself and how to become open to loving others unconditionally. There
are two ways you can use this symbol. You can place this symbol over them in a healing bank with
other symbols, especially MI YUR MA and allow them to access it when they are ready. The next
method is; simply place it over them and allow it to work gently through the body.

FORGIVENESS AND ATONEMENT

Draw the circle anti-clockwise to the power of 3, 7 or 9, then draw the cross inside the circle and
State Divinity, Divinity, Divinity - to the power of (3,7,9)
It is essential when using the Divinity Symbol to access the recipients subconscious and to
ask
permission prior to using the release procedure.

With the symbols Ra and Eternal Pearl; I allow these symbols to activate themselves and throw
outwardly from the person. Sometimes you may just want to visualise one of these symbols to help
them manifest their dreams on the physical with Ra, or the emotional with Pearl. Ra is good for
protection and you can set up a healing around the person to block any negativity. You can also set
up mirrors to reflect any negativity thrown at the person.
These mirrors will send the negativity back to the person throwing it at your patient.
Ra is a good symbol to make things manifest for the person sooner than later. Ra is good to bring
projects underway to a successful conclusion. Ra has the power of synchronicity and can make
things happen at the right time. Ra is masculine therefore Earth in nature and brings balance and
connection to the physical realm.
Pearl is feminine and can enhance your creativity and psychic abilities. Pearl can make people face
and see things in a truthful way. Pearl is also empathetic in nature. Some people live in fantasy
about life and relationships. This symbol helps them to see the truth of the situation or the person.
This is good for relationships, friendships and also family issues.

TO MERGE CONSCIOUSNESS
This symbol can be used to merge your consciousness with that of another person, animal, tree or
planet. Always ask permission telepathically, it will almost always be granted.
Merging your consciousness with others allows you to havea truer perspective of their reality.
Merging with a tree or animal can be very enlightening.

To use this symbol, stand holding the feet of your client. Firstly draw a circle clockwise over your thirdeye, then draw a circle anti-clockwise over your clients third eye, then draw a line from the centre of the
circle on your client to the centre of the circle on yourself, thus making the connection.

SHINING EVERLASTING WATERS OF RA

Yang in nature, this symbol balances the mind and mental processes, it is also used to balance
the masculine energies. The vibrations from this symbol resonate outwards from its centre like
the rays of the sun.

ETERNAL PEARL OF WISDOM AND LOVE

Balances the energies of the heart and the feminine energies, represents the energies of Isis and
the Egyptian Goddesses.

Shining Everlasting Flower of Enlightenment

- this is a symbol chaneellised by Phoenix Summerfield and Tom Seaman. Tom called It Mayoora, a sound
hearded when they call by thinking the symbol..In the first Toms version he dont inclides the 2 Choku Rets. This

THE SEICHIM INITIATION PROCESS

Clean the area. Place SHK's in each corner, CKR's on each chair, and the DKM over the entire area.
(I use Sei he kis followed by Cho ku reis to clear a room, then the master symbol on the floor. )

The initiate should place his hands on his knees with palms facing upward. Initiate should have eyes closed, or
partially closed. Tell initiate to say any prayer and/or call in any guides they wish to be present for initiation. The
Master should also say any prayer and/or call in any guides they wish to be present.

The Ancient Egyptian form of healing technique:

Take both of your hands and bring the index fingers and thumbs together forming a pyramid. This is a very
powerful healing energy that you are about to create. Form your hands in the shape of a pyramid, contemplating
and feeling the energy flowing from above into the crown of your head, into your heart, down your arms and into
your hands. Now, look in the middle of your hands, you will see a mist or waves of energies moving in center of
your hands. It looks alot like wisps of transparent, blurred smoke. This is the Seichim energy.
Man must learn to get back to the Source and work from within and let their light shine for all to see the glory of
the Source, GOD, All-That-Is.

This sign, the number 8 positioned horizontally...denotes the idea of infinitely great or infinity, referring to
distances or numbers. Sometimes the concept of infinity in mathematical systems is expressed by the sign . As far
as time is concerned the most common similar medieval symbol is the snake biting its own tail, or the empty
circle, . It represents a double endlessness or eternity.

ANKH : Symbol of Eternal Life

Symbol of Eternal Life. The gods are often seen holding an Ankh to someone's lips
and this is considered to be an offering of "The Breath of Life."

SUN: Symbol of God/Universe Life and Creation Energy

Also represents Regeneration, Revitalization, Growth and Abundance

MEDITATIONS TO IMPROVE SEKHEM-SEICHIM ENERGY
Meditating with the energy is one of the best ways to get strong and clear with its use.
The basic meditation is to see the infinity symbol, swirling in its looping eight patterns, enter your head and
gradually go through in until it is in your heart. Try it crosswise; experiment with how it feels to you. You can now
allow yourself to move with the pattern of the infinity symbol. You can do this with your hands, your eyes, your
head or your whole body. As you continue your daily meditations, try bringing it straight into your heart from the
front, or see it between your hands.
This can be extended to working with the DNA as infinity loops, or see the loops keep forming the petals of a
flower, until it all becomes a sphere. You can also try different colors.
In this work I have assumed that many forms of Seichim works how Reiki ,giving a great importance to the
symbols. I post here the principal symbols ,but I thought that we need more reflection about Skhm-Seichim
meditations bellow I compiled the main meditations constructed by Patrick and Dianne Shewmaker styles of
working ,as a sample I compiled the two meditations below ,I tought that this meditations are the structure that
embases attunements or empowerments in Skhm-Seichim.

Infinity Dance

Just find yourself standing, take a few deep breaths and move your awareness from the top of your head, down
your body to the soles of your feet.
And just take a few moments to notice how you are feeling and how youre standing.
Just place your feet about shoulder a lenght distance apart. And bend your knees slightly.
And let your arms, your hands relax and just kind of loosely hang from your shoulders.
Relax your jaw, breathe fully filling your entire chest, and bring your awareness into your heart chamber and
feel into your heart.
Breathe.
And now take your awareness way about the top of your head and just visualize a brilliant star way, way, way
about the top of your head. And just imagine now that that star is beginning to move in an infinity pattern, is
moving from left to right.
Above the top of your head just begin to follow that pattern, then synchronize the movement, first very small
infinity expanding, expanding larger and let the movement begin to come down and feel it coming down from
the Heavens as it begins to come down right at the top of your head and right at the crown bring the infinity
down so that the infinity begins to move in your body, begins to move with the infinity pattern from the head.
Allow the rest of the body just to follow the movements of the head.
And the infinity at the crown just begins to create petals, as it begins to move and let your body move with the
petals.
The infinity opening the crown, the connection between you and Source.
You and the Creator.
Allow the infinity that keep expanding and moving, breathe, and then bring that pattern down now into the
third eye; and allow the infinity to move into the third eye area and as it expands, feel the third eye opening
and allowing you to visualize more clearly.
Allowing yourself to see the Truth. To see through the veils, now let your body move with the pattern; breathe,
and now begin to move the pattern down into the throat area, move the infinity into the throat, clearing away
all the vibrations that create blockages when we speak.
And bring the infinity pattern in and allow the voice to begin to speak the words All Love, All Love, All
Love just breathe in with every breath fully and exhale with the All Love and then on inhale feel the breath
coming up from the heart: All Love, All Love, All Love.
And begin to move the pattern, move the infinity down into the heart and merge the voice and the feeling of
Love that resides in the heart together and express that Love through the voice: All Love, All Love, All Love,
All Love, All Love allowing it to expand every breath, bring the petals of the infinity upward, expanding
through the chest, expanding out into the shoulders, out in the arms which are the expansion of the heart.
All Love and move the pattern out into the elbows, draw the infinities with the elbows in the shoulders,
move the infinity out into the hands: All Love, All Love, All Love, All Love, All Love, All Love, All Love
move the infinity to each finger, feel the fingers drawing infinity patterns.
So the whole upper body is just moving with the wave of All Love.
All Love, All Love, All Love deeply integrated into the heart.

And now bring the infinity down into the solar plexus and stirring the fires that resides within the infinity: All
Love; All Love, All Love spark the solar plexus that the fires come up and expand, breathing with that
movement, bring the infinity through the solar plexus allowing it to feed the flame within the solar plexus.
Breathe in: All Love (16 times) allowing the breath to move deep into the solar plexus. All Love, All Love,
All Love massaging the heart with every breath: All Love, All Love, All Love, All Love, All Love and
move the awareness down now into the pelvis, bring the infinity down and round into the pelvic area letting
the pelvis move with the infinity pattern, keep breathing, then you relax all the muscles in the pelvis, and just
begin to draw the infinity with your tail bone.
And integrate it into the root chakra.
Breathe in it, just become the wave of the infinity and as the pelvis moves just feel the rest of the body flowing
and following the lea of the pelvis and now bring that awareness down into the knees, drawing that infinity
around the knees, allowing the movement in the rest of the body to follow the movement of the knees.
Breathe: All Love (12 times), now bring that infinity pattern down into the feet, bring the petals around so
that youre standing on the petals of the infinity, allow the body to follow the lead of the infinity thats moving
and flowing around the feet.
Feel the soles of your feet, feel the connection of the soles of your feet to the Earth. And very slowly begin to
move your awareness down deep into the Earth; just imagine youre standing in sand on the beach, and you
can feel the sand between your toes, as you begin to draw the infinity around your feet; and just imagine that
very slowly your feet are working their way into the sand as you grow and begin to move deep deep deep into
the Earth.
And just imagine your body being like that of a snake, a wave, just a single wave of motion. And begin to take
that motion, and begin to move the wave deeper and deeper into the Earth. Feeling the wave, burrowing deep
into the Earth.
Feeling your roots growing deeper and deeper into the Earth.
Begin to feel the infinity pattern moving closer and closer to the heart of the Earth, just begin to feel all the
different sensations within the Earth. And moving the infinity deep within the Earth just feel the foundation of
this column, this infinity column that youve just created and at the very base of the column just visualize a
pyramid, let the infinity moving about the pyramid. Almost as if this pyramid is sitting upon a flower thats
created from the infinity pattern, all the petals of the infinity.
And now begin to move that flower that forms the base of the column up, begin to bring it up your column,
begin to bring it up the roots that you set down to the heart of the Earth.
And breathe it in up, connecting the movement with the breath, breathing it up, breathing it up: All Love, All
Love, All Love, All Love, All Love breathe it in up the column, breathing it up to the soles of the feet and
feel the infinity, infinity, infinity, infinity, infinity at the soles of the feet.
Bring in the infinity up to the knees, and bring in the flower up to the pelvis, and begin to integrate the infinity
and the flower together as one. Feeling the petals forming each movement of the infinity as you bring it up
into the pelvis allowing the rest of the body just to flow with the movement of the pelvis and bring that up,
keep bringing it up into the belly. Breathe All Love, All Love, All Love, All Love.
And now take that movement, bring it into the solar plexus, breathe in into the solar plexus, feeling the flame
that resides into the solar plexus: All Love (9 times).

Now bring that All Love back to its home, within the heart. Allow it to come and reside in the heart chamber,
bring the infinity All Love (7 times), allow it to keep expanding out, expanding out beyond the physical
boundaries, just notice how that feels.
Just fill the whole room that your in with your light, allow to keep expanding, feel the whole city that you
reside in, feel it connecting to the wave of the planet. Just feel your energy filling the whole planet, moving
and breathing, let it to expand all the way out filling the whole solar system. Expanding, becoming one with
our solar system. Now move it out, all the way feel the galaxy, feel the wave of the galaxy a spiral, and feel
the infinity holding the whole galaxy together, each petal of the infinity reaching out and holding the spiral
together and the infinity and the spiral merging as one. The infinity moving through the centre at the core of
the spiral and the petal moving all the way out in a round to the furthest extent of the galaxys arms.
And now move your awareness to the whole Universe, feeling the infinity merging with the Universe. All
Love, All Love now breathe that in and begin to bring the Universe back.
Bring in the infinity back to her galaxy: All Love, All Love, All Love, All Love, All Love bring in it back to
her solar system, All Love and bring in it back to the Earth and feeling the Earth, coming home again.
Bring in the All Love home and feeling yourself standing on the Earth, and bring in the infinity completely
surrounding your body and bring it now deeper and closer to your heart. And bring it so that it just remains
within the heart, and feel the pulse of the All Love that remains within the heart: All Love, All Love, All
Love; now allow your column begin to form reaching all the way up into the Heavens and all the way down
to the heart of the Earth and feel the pyramid in the Earth and be aware of the pyramid that rests in the golden
sun above the top of your head and begin to move your awareness from your heart first up around the golden
sun down through your heart and then deep into the core of the Earth.
And feel the infinity being formed within the column youve created thats moving in a vertical motion, bring
it up and let the body begin to move with this vertical movement now of the infinity flowing around the heart
of the Earth up through your heart over your head and back down into the heart and each time this infinity
moves up around the top of your head around that pyramid and then down around the pyramid that rests within
the heart of the Earth the infinity begins to bring them closer together.
Just breathe in and feel the moving becoming closer and closer.
The pyramid in the Earth rising up and the pyramid in the sky descending downwards. All coming together and
moving through the soles of your feet then moving through the crown of your head: All Love (6 times) and
bring those two pyramids together now, in your heart centre, one pointing up and one pointing down. The
pyramid from above pointing down, the pyramid from below pointing upwards and bring them into the heart
centre all bound together by the infinity.
And now slowly let your body just going to a state of stillness, feeling that vibration move, throughout your
heart centre.
And from the heart centre allow it to expand down again now and just feeling all the different areas that
surround the heart centre, out the chest, out the arms just so it begins to touch every cell of your being.
Just allow your body be very still now and integrate this.
All Love so every cell is singing All Love, All Love, All Love, All Love, All Love, All Love all radiating
from your heart.
All Love.

Shenu Meditation :

Shenu is the divine set of symbols that presents all the Divine SKHM Energy condensed
in a
Unique symbol ,our questions and answers about our relationship to the Earth ,and our
Divine origin in the stars ,the infinity and the ceter that bring us the energy was
drawing in
Shenu.

Shenu Meditation

Just allow yourself to be confortable and notice how you are feeling from the top of your head down to the tips
of your toes.
Just take a few deep breaths, allow the breaths to go deep down into the belly and as the breath expands into
the chest, allow to move up, let it fill the whole chest.
Just continue breathing: nice full deep breaths allowing the chest to expand, and just know how that feels.
And now bring your awareness into your spiritual heart centre, this is a place between your physical heart and
your throat. Just begin to feel in this area, bring your awareness there and as you breathe allow the awareness
to move deeper and feel deeper within this heart centre area.
Just allow your breath and your awareness to merge and become one, so that with each breath you allow
yourself to feel deeper and deeper into your heart.
And within your heart area just imagine a vase being formed and imagine that you can breathe into the vase,
imagine the breath being like water as it begins to fill the bottom of the vase first and then just begins to rise
up. Just feel the vase and allow the vase to expand at the breath. Begin to take the breath now and allow it to
expand out through the whole chest, feeling all the different sensations over there.
And from the vase begin to make a connection between the vase and the top of your head and just imagine that
there is a stem that connects from the top of the head down into the vase. Just feel that connection, just feel the
breath moving along that stem.
And at the top of the head imagine a flower bud connected to the stem down into the vase. And as you begin to
breathe, begin to breathe through the petals of the flower, down the stem and let the breath come down into the

vase begin to flow and begin to feel all the different sensations as the breath moves into the vase begins to fill
it up.
And just imagine this light merging with the breath and as it merges with the breath just feel it touching the
petals of the flower as you begin to breathe it in, down the stem into the vase. And just feel, allow yourself to
feel all thats there, allow it to expand with the breath, allow it to contract at the breath like a wave.
Just completely relaxing into the breath and feeling all thats there and just allow yourself to feel whats in your
heart centre, not putting any judgement, not trying to figure out whatever is there but just experiencing the
feeling for what it is.
And now with the breath coming down through the flower, allow the flower to begin to open and feel the
petals opening further and allow them to receive the light thats coming from above.
And further above the top of your head visualize a brilliant beautiful sun thats radiating its light and the light
comes down and touches the flower and the flower opens to receive the light and as you begin to receive the
light breathe it in through the flower petals. Breathing it in down the stem and filling the vase and just allow
that vase to receive the light and feel all the different sensations that are within the heart centre.
And now take the light, breathe it in, breathe it into the vase and allow it to move in all the different areas
within the vase, areas that this light may not ever been there before, never into little crevasses and just imagine
now the vase is changing into a chamber, a heart chamber, and within the chamber there are little doors after
the side and just allow yourself to begin to open those doors and allow the light to move in the area, just begin
to feel all the different sensations there are behind that doors.
Just breathe in, allowing yourself to experience whatever is there, and now move your awareness back up to
the brilliant sun and feel the sun radiating out, just an unlimited source of light, and the flower receiving all
that it can, just allowing it to flow and filling the heart.
And within this brilliant sun just imagine a golden pyramid, and allow the pyramid to expand above the top of
your head and feel the rays of light radiating up in the pyramid. And allowing that pyramid begin to rotate so
thats beginning to point downward, down to the crown, focusing the light in a more intense way coming
through the crown, down into the heart chamber.
Just allow yourself to experience that, breathing it in, receiving.....
And this pyramid thats pointing downward now is beginning to form a column of light thats moving down
from the pyramid, down through the column, down through the flower that youve created as it moves into the
chamber that youve created.
And within the column just feel an infinity pattern that begins to the centre of the pyramid, that begins to
expand out and this infinity pattern begins to move and flow down the column as it flows down into the heart
centre.
And just allow this pattern now to move into the very centre of the heart chamber and begin to move and flow
like petals of a flower, as it begins to expand out and touch all the different facets within the heart chamber and
just allow yourself to feel deeper and deeper whateveres there and bring that column down through the
chamber and bring it deep down into the belly.
Just allow to begin to flow deeper and deeper through your body, allowing the body to be the conduit for this
beautiful column of light.

Let it move down into the belly, down to the base of the spine, down the legs, down to the soles of the feet.
And around the feet just imagine a beautiful flower beginning to open up that youre standing in and feel the
flower opening, this flower being the portal down into the Earth.
And allow your roots and the column to begin to go through the flower down into the Earth, dropping the
flower, allowing it to move deep within the core of the Earth beginning to connect your heart with the heart of
the Earth.
And just feel the Earth receiving your light, and breathe and allow your breath to move all the way down deep
deep into the core of the Earth, feel the roots going deeper and touching the heart of the Earth; now allow the
Earth to feel your presence as you receive the presence of the Earth.
And feel all thats there within the Earth. Feel the support, supporting your column of light and at this time, if
you wish, you can make a committment to fully be present at this time, doesnt mean for eternity but just for
this moment of time to be here and stand fully on this planet.
At this time if you wish invite all of your Essence, all of your Light, all of who you are into your heart centre
and feel and root it deeply within the heart of the Earth.
And as the heart of the Earth receives your heart allow yourself to receive the heart of the Earth. Allow
yourself to begin to breathe up the radiance of the Earth. And just imagine and feel that radiance also a golden
radiant sun within the core of the Earth radiating up through your roots and allow yourself to just breathe that
light up, breathing it up the roots, breathing it up and up drawing it through the soles of your feet, drawing it
through your legs up through your knees, bringing all the way to the base of the spine, just breathing it up,
feeling the column forming all the way to the brilliant sun all the way down to the heart of the Earth.
And within the heart of the Earth just visualize another pyramid thats pointing upwards, and from that
pyramid feel the energy becoming more focused.
Just allow yourself to feel that.
And from that point of focus again feel the pattern of the infinity beginning to expand from the pyramid and
begin to breathe that infinity up your roots, up the column that youve created, breathing it up, breathing it up
and drawing it through the soles of your feet again bring it up through the legs, through the base of the spine,
bring it up through the belly, begin to bring it up into the solar plexus and now begin to bring the infinity up
and have it merge with the infinity from above as they come together in the heart centre.
Feeling them expand the energy from the Earth and the energy from the Heavens all coming together within
your heart centre and feel the light igniting a spark right within the centre of this, allowing it to expand and
move, moving out now in a horizontal movement, out your shoulders and out your arms and out the palms of
your hands. Just begin to feel the energy moving out and expanding out over the horizon.
Just imagine youre standing on top of a mountain looking out over a brilliant sea and feel your energy just
moving out all across the planet touching the heart of all beings, feel the column thats forming and if you wish
at this time you may stand in this column, stand in your light.
Breathe and feel, feel the vertical energy of the column, feel the horizontal energy moving out from the heart
and just create a beautiful cross of energy moving in each of the two directions.
And just notice how it feels.
Be completely aware of who you are and what you are and allow yourself to remember why youve come here
on this planet.
And now above the top of your head visualize that brilliant sun, feel the pyramid within the sun and begin to
breathe that brilliant sun now closer, draw it in with each breath and as it begin to draw it in with each breath
feel it coming closer to the crown of your head, feel the flower opening further to receive this light, to receive

this brilliant sphere of light, and begin to drawing it through your crown, bring it down to the third eye, bring it
down into the throat, and begin to let it rest right at the heart centre.
As it comes in just feel the merging of Heaven and Earth coming right into your heart.
And imagine and feel the cross and the sphere merging as one, forming the pattern and the template of the
Ankh, with the sphere resting on the cross. Allow it to mold into the core of your being and feel your roots,
move your roots deeper into the Earth again, feel the fundation thats supporting you and move it down to the
heart of the Earth again.
Feeling the pyramid thats at your feet and now begin to bring that pyramid up and draw it up the roots
breathing it up through the soles of your feet, allow the flower thats opening at the soles of your feet to receive
the pyramid, breathing it up further and further up your legs now, bring it up to your knees, up to the base of
your spine, bring it into the belly and begin to bring it up into the solar plexus and again now bring this
pyramid up into the heart and allow this pyramid to merge with the pyramid you brought in with the golden
sun.
Allowing them to merge together and again forming a beautiful star, feel the light radiating from that star,
allowing that to be the core of your being, bringing Heaven and Earth together as one, within your heart.
And hold that Presence, breathe at the Presence.
And above the top of your head again feeling the All thats there, feeling the expantion that is above you, the
infinite expantion, feeling the All of who you are, and breathe that down into the heart and now moving your
awareness now deep into the Earth and feeling your Love that rest within the Earth, the Love being the
manifestation of Spirit on Earth and begin to draw the Love up from the Earth.
Allow the Love after Mother to come up and draw that up into your heart so that that Love merges with the All
within your heart.
And feel the All Love within your heart. Allow the All Love to radiate within every cell of your heart, and
allow the All Love to expand and feels your whole being.
Just be with that and hold that All Love.
And know that that All Love is with you for eternity.
Just feel it. Merge it with the breath so that with every breath there is the All Love, All Love, All Love, All
Love, All Love, All Love.
And just allow yourself to seat back and relax continue with the breathe and continue to bring the All Love
within your heart, filling your heart with that Love and just allowing it to expand, touching each cell. And just
allow it to encase you and surround your whole being, so youre completely surrounded with the All Love
Presence.
And allow that Love to hold you and support you and to nurture all of your needs. Feel it completely
surrounding your whole body.
And bring the infinity back into the heart and allow the infinity begin to radiate and to rotate forming pattern of
a flower, a multidimensional flower. So that the infinity keeps moving and rotating in every dimension and feel
it expanding and feel beginning to touch again every cell of who you are. And allow it to expand out, out
behind your energy field, so that you become one unified beautiful radiant being.
Feel the petals of the infinity moving around you and surrounding you and bathing you and know that now that
this light in this Source is integrated deep within your heart centre as it radiates out in flows from within your

heart and know that that light in Love remains within your heart and radiates from your heart and then start to
share with all the others, anyone you come in contact with, anyone you meet, anyone you speak with, and that
they can feel that radiance.
Just breathe that in and know that this is all part of you, all a part of who you are.
Just breathe and receive.
Feel it, let it integrate. Breathe it, relax.
And just give yourself a few moments to fully feel all the energy thats running through your body right now.
Just allow your breath to move freely and just completely relax and feel and now whenever you are ready just
know that you can stay in this space anytime you wish for as long as you wish. You can be in this space for as
long as you wish and return to this space anytime you wish.
Slowly bring your awareness back to your heart, feeling the eternal All Love in your heart and bring this back
with you as you begin to slowly open your eyes and be fully present on the planet. Being fully who you are
and knowing who you are on the planet.

How ALL LOVE Works

Its Purpose
The purpose of ALL LOVE is very simple, to connect you with the source. When this happens, your whole
energy system is filled with the LOVE energy and you connect with the ALL, or the Universe, as some people
call it.
When it happens, it is usually a life-changing event. You realise who you really are. You realise what your real
purpose in life is. You understand your place in the Universe.
The purpose of ALL LOVE is to remind us of the main purpose of our existence on this planet. We are here to
create a perfect union between the earthly and the spiritual through the energy of unconditional love. We are also
here to remember the union that we have with every living being in the Universe.
All this sounds very metaphysical until you experience it through an ALL LOVE initiation. This is the moment
when it ceases to be just a concept and becomes a real, physical reality and not a meta-physical one.
