NEIGHBORHOOD ENTRANCE PROJECT

WHY?
In an effort to maintain our property values, CCVSHOA is seeking donations to improve and
update the main entrance to our subdivision at Maplewood and Havana. Here are some reasons
why:
• Gives identity to our neighborhood.
• Enhances our property values.
• Helps marketability—small investment, big value.
• You never get a second chance to make a good first impression.

WHAT IS THE PROJECT?

The plan is to:
• Remove the 2 “Hills at Cherry Creek Vista South” signs and juniper bushes at the entry;
• Re-landscape in their place;
• Remove the hardscape in the existing median; and
• Install a new sign in the median for “Cherry Creek Vista South.”
• If donations are sufficient, a new streetlight in the median may be included.

The total estimated cost for the new entrance project is $10,000, which includes County
permitting fees and labor and materials. Because CCVSHOA is a voluntary association with
annual dues of only $25 per year* and only a portion of households pay the $25 dues,
CCVSHOA does not have funding for this capital project without your donation.

HOW YOU CAN HELP:

• Go to www.ccvshoa.com to see the proposed drawings.
• Pay the $25 annual dues to CCVSHOA via the slip below, if not done already.
• Cast your vote as a CCVSHOA member for your preferred design via the slip below.
• Using the slip below, make a recommended donation of $20.00, or whatever amount you
can contribute to help your community.
• In appreciation for your donation, you’ll receive a “We’re In!” placard.
• Sign up to volunteer for the project on the slip below.
