"ALI MIRZA AND HIS CONCEPT OF KUFR:=

There are several questions which may be asked to Engineer "Ali Mirza: about
his Concept that Shirk is not Kufr if a believer recites K-lmah
If a person is believes in an Article of Shirk but recites K-LM-H then he
becomes a Kafir.
The recitation Of K-L-M-H does not save him from Kufr. "Ali: Mirza the
Enginner who is engineering a new religion in the name of Minha:j of
Salaf,claims that such a person remains a Muslim. His basic argumentation is
that such a person believes in God and His Prophet THERE FORE he can not
be a Kafir like the Musriks [Mushriki:n] of Makkah who disbelieved in Qur'a:n ,
His Prophet and in the Day of Judgement.
But the question is that if a Person Who believe in Articles of 'Isla:m and also
believes in an Article of Kufr , Is such a person a Muslim or a Kafir?
If such a Person is a Kafir then this means that "Ali Mirza: of Jehlum actually
does not believe that the articles of Shirk believed by a Number of those who
believe in Qur'a:n, God, Holy Prophet and Day Of Dudgement are articles of
Shirk.
There is no other valid reason for his argument unless and otherwise the
several articles of Shirk are disbelieved as Shirk by the Apostate Engineer of
Jhelum.
His argument is so incorrect that if it is accepted as a valid one then no
person can be declared as Kafir for believing any article of Shirk or any article
of Kufr or both.
It must be noted that each article of Shirk is an article of Kufr.
But "Ali: Mirza: accepts that these article are of Shirk. The question is If he
denies that these articles are of Kufr then on what Grounds he proclaims that
these articles are of Shirk.
Actually this is first step to Islamise [Islamize] Shirk and Articles of Shirk.
Such an attempt is it self a Kufr and a Shirk.
Engineer "Ali: Mirza: demands that an Explicit Verse from the text of
Holy Qur'a:n to declare A Mushrik Claiment of Being Muslim. In absense of
such a verse he claims that such a person is a Muslim.
But on the contrary his eminity against Saiyiduna 'Imam 'Ibn Taimiah RH: is
exposed WHEN he claimed that 'Ima:m belief that H:ava:dith: Have No
Beginnings is a Certain Kufr.

But he gives Him the the Benifit of Doubt that 'Ima:m might have repended
before his death.
But he actually wants to say implicitly that If 'IMA:M 'IBN TAIMIAH died while
remaining on His this belief then he died as a Kafir.
Similarly he wants to declare all those who either believe in the very same
belief , which is ascribed to 'Ima:m 'Ibn Taimiah as Kafir or Any One who
although does not hold this belief yet consider the believer in this Belief as
Muslim as Kafir.
It is very clear that he is making grounds to declare Shaikh 'Al Ba:ni: as Kafir
on the ground that he does not declare a Kufr as a Kufr , a Kafir as a Kafir and
an article of Kufr as a Kufr.
The consparacy Engineered by the Engineer is Multifold ,let it be explored
more clearly.
If to believe that H:ava:dith: have no beginning is Kufr then the Question is
why it is Kufr.
If it is Kufr because this belief contradict the Tradition that First of All Deity
Created the Heavenly Pen . Then this imlies that accrding to "Ali: Mirza: :=
1] All those who believe that Deity Did Create Holy Prophet as the First Being
are Commiting Kufr.
2] "Ali Mirza of Jhelum has then Implicitly accepted that there is No Correct
[S:ah:i:h:] H:adi:th which contradicteth the articles of Shirk of these persons
under discussion who believe in some Articles of Shirk yet they claim to be
Muslim by "Ali: Mirza of Jhelum.
If "Ali: Mirza: claims that this belief of Beginninglessness of H:ava:dith: is
Shirk then :=
1]He Must Accept that Some articles of SHIRK ARE Kufr while some are not.
2] He Must accept that believes like Omnivolence of Ghairulluah etc. are Shirk
but not Kufr.
That is why he is saving such people from Kufr.
A COUNTER QUESTION:
CAN "ALI MIRZA PROVIDE A SINGLE EVIDENCE THAT THE BELIEF OF
BIGINNINGLESSNESS OF H:AVA:SITH: WAS BELIEVED BY MUSHRIKS OF
MAKKAH .

If he is unable to prove than his system becomes Inconsistent, and


Inconsistency is so great that it approaches to Contradiction and Self
Contradiction. The question is Why "Ali: Mirza: is making such consparacies
against 'Isla:m and Tauh:i:d.
Why he has this type of softness for Shirk and Mushriks.
The answer is very clear that he is still a believer in articles of Shirk and he
decieved simple Minded Zubair "Ali Zai .
Inspite of all disputes from Semi Ahlul H:adi:th: Zubair "Ali: Zai it is very
difficult to accept that he believed that such people who believe in articles of
Shirk are Muslims.
If he really held this view then he was himself not a Muvah:h:d.
If not a Muvah:h:id then a Mushrik.
"Ali: Mirza: does not informs whether his former teacher Zubair "Ali: Zai
declared 'ImaM 'IBN TAIMIAH RH: as Kafir or Not .
Engineer "Ali Mirza: cannot make an excuse that Zubair was unawere of this
sentence of 'Ima:m 'Ibn Taimiah RH: .
So an other result is as follow:
If Enginner "Ali: Mirza believes that ZUBAIR "Ali: Zai declared Imam 'Ibn
Taimiah as Kafir then he Must have to provide strict and Solid Proofs.
If Engineer "Ali: Mirza: believes that Zubair "Ali: Zai did not believe that
'Imam Ibn Taimiah is Kafir , then according to his own standard he cannot
accept that Zubair his former teacher was a Muslim.
SIMILARLY Engineer of Jhelum cannot prove that Shaikh 'Alba:ni was a
Muslim according to the the system Engineered by the Engineer "Ali Mirza:
Himself.
Since Shaikh 'Alba:ni: RH: did not declared 'Ima:m 'Ibn Taimiah as Kafir, and
this is a well accepted priciple that if a person does not believe an Article of
Kufr as Kufr is a Kafir.
Actually he is trying to declare all the followers of 'Ah:a:dith: as Kafir on
different issues and to claim several Mshriks as Muslims as examples are
given above.
FOUR POSSIBLE CASES
If a person believes in:= a] God b] His Last Prophet [Saiyiduna: Muh:ammad]
c] His Final Revield Book [ 'Al Qur'a:n] d] The Last and Final Day of this World

[Qiya:mah] but believes in a belief That is :=


1] Shirk and Kufr.
Then in this case , a person under the stated above 4 conditions is a Kafir and
a Mushrik.
2] Shirk But Not Kufr
Then in this case , a person under the stated above 4 conditions is Mushrik
but not Kafir. But there cannot be any such belief. Mathematically the Set of
such believes is a Null /Empty Set.
3] Kufr But Not Shirk.
Then in this case , a person under the stated above 4 conditions is Kafir but
not a Kafir.
There may be a belief which is Kufr but not Shirk. Example:= To believe
Sayiduna: 'Abu: Bakr RD: is not a Mu'min ['Astaghfarullah].
4] Neither Kufr Nor Shirk.
Then in this case , a person under the stated above 4 conditions is neither a
Kafir nor a Mushrik.
Such a belief may be a Heresy yet it is neither Kufr not Shirk. Consiquently
believer of such a belief is neither Kafir nor Mushrik. Yet he may be a Heresy.
For example Some one believe in Pure Jabariah and denieth the Attribute of
Human Intention/Will.
Our discussion is on the second case.
There is no Shirk that is not Kufr. Since each and every Shirk is Kufr with out
any Exception.
What is the problem of Engineer "Ali: Mirza: :=
What "Ali: Mirza: believes is one of the two possible cases.
These two cases are not Only Mutually Exclusive but also Mutually
Exhaustive.
1] Either "Ali: Mirza: does believe that some Shirk are Not Kufr.
2] Or "Ali: Mirza Of Jhelum does believe that All Shirk ARE Kufr.
If "Ali: Mirza does believe in the first case then there are two possible sub
cases of this case.

1.1] Either "Ali: Mirza: the Engineer does believe that No Shirk is Kufr.
1.2] Or "Ali: Mirza: of Jhelum does believe that Some Shirk are Kufr and Some
are Not Kufr.
THE QUESTION IS IN WHAT SYSTEM THIS ENGINEER BELIEVES:=
The cleaver mind of "Ali: Mirza: may suggest for him to respond since to
select any one of the system shall make "Ali: Mirza of Jhelum in an
unescapeable trap.
[The Anti Venom or Counteractant in the term Engineered by the Engineer.]
So it is neceesary to state that a cooment on each and every case whether
major or minor since there is no other case neither major nor minor unless
and otherwise it is a subcase of any one of them.
If Engineer "Ali: Mirza does believe in :=
1] Case 1 then any one who does believe in it, is a Kafir and a Mushrik.
There are two examples given.
If a Person Under the Stated Above Four Conditions does believe in atleast
one of the folllowing believes then the [person is a Kafir and a Mushrik
beyond any doubt:=
1,a]
Knowledge of atleast one Ghairullah is Essential but at the same time it is
Finite , Limited and Less than Divine Knowlege [Knowledge of Deity].
1,b]
Knowledge Of Deity and Knowledge of atleast One Ghairullah are Euqual and
Infinite but the difference is that the Divine Knowledge is Essential [Dh:a:ti]
and the Knowledge is Bestowed ["At:a:'i:].
So any one who believes that any thing [ whether it is Necessary or Possible
or Impossible or Existent or Non Existent] that is Known to 'ALL-H is also
Known to atleast one Ghairullah then such a person is a Ka:fir and a Mushrik.
Even if Some one denies both of the believes 1,a and 1,b BUT does not believe that
believer of atleast one of them is a Ka:fir and a Mushrik. Not because he believes in
atleast one of them but because he does not believes that the believer of any one
of them is a Kafir and a Mushrik.
If "Ali: Mirza: believes in the belief 2 then such a Person cannot deny that he does

believe that there are two types of Shirk.


a] One type is that if a person under the stated above conditions believes in atleast one
of the belief of Shirk of this type is a Muslim and Muvah:h:id.
b] One type is that if a person under the stated above conditions believes in atleast one
of the belief of Shirk of this type is a Mushrik and a Kafir.
In this case this means that he devides Shirk in two types, But such a division is not only
a Heresy and Apostasy but certainly Kufr and Shirk.
So if there is a person who makes such a distinction is a Kafir and a Musrik not because
he believes in an Article of Shirk but because he makes such a Distinction between
different believes and articles of Shirk.
EXPLANATION
'Isla:m Doeth Believe in Absolutely Strict form of Tauh:i:d. Shirk is a belief that does
contradict Tauh:i:d .
In this case any Shirk is Kufr.
Since it Contradicteth the Fundamental Axiom Of 'Isla:m and Basic Article of Faith
['I:MA:N].
If any sect or cult which believeth in Tauh:i:d [Shairush-shirk] and in Shirk
[Ghairuttauh:i:d] then the system of the believes of the sect or cult Contradictory or Self
Contradictory hence inconsistent.
This inconsistency in regard to the Funtamental Axiom and Basic Principle is an
Independent and a Constant Perpetual Kufr .
What if "Ali Mirza believes in 1.1 the first subcase of the first, if he does believe in the
first?
We may reproduce this case for the convinience of the readers of this Critique of
Concept of Shirk of "Ali Mirza:=
1.1] Either "Ali: Mirza: the Engineer does believe that No Shirk is Kufr.
In this case "Ali: Mirza actually believes that no belief of Shirk is Kufr, even if
some one worship any Ghairullah as A Bestowed Deity is not a Kufr. Even if
some one Particularise or Interpretes K-LM-H
<<LA: 'ILA:HA 'ILLALLAH >> as No Essential Deity Except 'ALL-H and does
not take the literal meaning " No Deity Except 'ALL-H"
THEN SUCH A PERSON IS NOT A MUSHRIK ACCORDING TO THE
ALLEGED STANDARD OF SHIRK PROPOSED BY THE ENGINEER OF

JHELUM IF THE PERSON SATISFY THE STATED ABOVE FOUR


CONDITIONS.
SIMILARLY IF SOME ONE WHO DOES SATISFY THE STATED ABOVE
FOUR CONDITIONS IF BELIEVE DOES BELIEVE THAT HOLY PROPHET IS
AN HYPOSTATIC NOOR ISSUED FROM THE ESSENCE OF 'ALL-H
Subh:an-hu: Va T a"a:la: is Not A Kafir.
This is the basic Idea that the Kufr of a Shirk is just relative. An
article of Shirk is nor Kufr in itself as according to the implied result
but it becomes Kufr if the believer of it does not satisfy each and
every condition of above mensioned four conditions.
This is a very dangerous dogma and worst of all heresies. This is just
to claim that the case of a Shirk being Kufr is just relative , and
depends on the satisfaction and dissatisfaction of the stated above
conditions of its believer. If all of them are stisfied then it is Kufr
other wise it is not. If not then to analouge such a person with the
Mushriks in the period of Ministry and Holy Life of Holy Prophet is
incorrect.
Na"u:dh:u Billah, Astagh:f-rullah .
What if "Ali Mirza believes in 1.2 the second subcase of the first, if he does believe in the
first?
We may reproduce this case for the convinience of the readers of this Critique of
Concept of Shirk of "Ali Mirza:=
1.2] Or "Ali: Mirza: of Jhelum does believe that Some Shirk are Kufr and Some
are Not Kufr.
This is also a very dangerous dogma and worst of all heresies.
In this case "Ali: Mirza: Cannot provide a proof of two types of Shirk
if he believes in these two types. 1] One that can expell a person
satisfying the stated four conditions from the folds of 'Isla:m and
Other One which cannot expell such a person from the folds of 'Islam
who satisfies the stated above four conditions.
One what grounds he makes a distinction of two types of theological
and theoritical Shirks as proposed by this Engineer of "Jhelum.
Such a Catogarisation and Compartmentalisation of Shirk is the
worst heresy Engineered by the Engineer.
If a belief is an article of Shirk then it is a Kufr since Tauh:i:d of
'Isla:m is Exclusively empty from any type of Theoritical , Dogmatic,

Thelogical and Conceptual Shirk.

NOT TO BELIEVE IN AN ARTICLE OF SHIRK YET TO


CLAIM THAT THIS BELIEF IS NOT AN ARTICLE OF
SHIRK.
IF there is a person who claims that he does not believe in a belief
[ which is actually an article of Shirk] but further claims that this
belief is not an article of Shirk , then such a person is also a
Mushrik , since he disbelieves that an article of Shirk is Shirk even
if he alleges /claims that he does not believe in this belief.

Engineer's Consparacy
Probebly this Apostate Engineer is attempting to take advantage of the division of Major
Shirk ['Ash-Shirk Al 'Akbar] and Minor Shirk Ash Shirk 'Al 'As:ghar] . One may rename
them as Real Shirk and Vertual Shirk. Vertual Shirk are certain acts which are termed as
Shirk yet they are not Shirk in real meaning. For example to become generous only yo
gain popularity in people and not to please Deity 'ALL-H [SVT],One may understand the
Major Shirk as Theoratical Shirk and Minor Shirk as Practical Shirk as a crude and rough
dividion since there are certain practical Shirk which are Major ones even if they are
excercised with out any Theological Background and Theological Reasonings just to
follow a custom. For example to Pray to Any Ghairullah for any thing say assistence , to
go to temple and ask help from idols just as a custom with out believing in the idols.
Many athiestic Hindus are athiests at heart and often expose their this view but excercise
such acts as a costum of the family or ritulas of their respective lands. So these are also
Mushrick [Mushrik] since they commit Shirk.
But the articles Shirk believed by these claiments of being Muslim are Major and real ,
so Engineer "Ali: Mirza is certainly guilty of consdering the major ones as minor ones if
he is doing it so.
Any one who doeth such a crime is Apostate, Heretic , Mushrik, and out of the folds of

the religion of 'Isla:m.


Slowly and gradually Engineer "Ali: Mirza: of Jhelum City is being Exposed by the Grace
Of 'ALL-H [SVT].
Engineer "Ali: Mirza: is probebly the most heretic mind of present Era who has invented
a new heresy to differentiate between Kufr and Shirk.
Summary:=
There are the following logically possible cases about a Belief:=
1] A belief is Shirk and Kufr.
2] A belief is Shirk but not Kufr.
3] A belief is Kufr but not Shirk
4] A belief is Neither Kufr nor Shirk.
As our discussion is about an article of Shirk then THERE ARE CONLY TO
CASES. 1 and 2].
As the second Case is itself a Kufr and a Shirk.
NOTE:1
IF there is a person who claims that he does not believe in a belief [ which is actually an article
of Shirk] but further claims that this belief is not an article of Kufr , then such a person is also a
Mushrik and a Kafir, since he disbelieves that an article of Shirk is Kufr even if he alleges
/claims that he does not believe in this belief.
NOTE:2
IF there is a person who claims that he does not believe in a belief [ which is actually an article
of Kufr] but further claims that this belief is not an article of Kufr , then such a person is also a
Ka:fir , since he disbelieves that an article of Kufr is Kufr even if he alleges /claims that he does
not believe in this belief.

SOME QUESTIONS which do expose the inner Heresy of the Engineer:=


1] IF ENGINEER "ALI MIRZA DOES NOT CONSIDER SOME ARTICLES OF SHIRK

AS KUFR THEN HOW DO HE CLAIMS THAT THESE ARTICLES ARE ARTICLES OF


SHIRK.
IF THEY ARE SHIRK AS HE HIMSELF ACCEPTS THEN THEY MUST CONTRADICT
TAUH:ID.
Other wise he cannot claim them as Shirk.
Since if a belief doeth not contradict Tauh:i:d then it is not Shirk.
But if it Contradicteth Tauh:i:d then then it must contradict any 'A:yah or
S:ah:i:h: H:adith: or 'Ijma:" or Necessaries of 'Isla:m.
In any case no one can claim that these Shirk is not Kufr.
Any claim of interpretation of 'A:yah or H:adi:th: stated above in invalid
particularly an interpretation of 'A:yah or H:adi:th: in support of Shirk.
2] Engineer "Ali Mirza: has accepted that To believe that Temporalities has no
beginning is Kufr and any one who believes in such a belief believes in an
article of Kufr. On this alleged reason he claims that Ima:m 'Ibn Taimiah has
committed Kufr and he only give him the benifit of doubt that he might have
repended before his death with out providing any proof that he changed his
belief and began to believe that Temporals [H:ava:dith:] do have a beginning.
But what is the proof that this belief is a Kufr.
The only proof which he can bring is the S:ah:i:h: Tradition Of H:adi:th: which
stateeth that First of All 'ALL-H Did Create the Heavenly Pen [Qalam].
But in this case if to contradict a S:ah:i:h: H:adi:th: is Kufr or Shirk or both
then to interpret the said tradition or to reject it either in support of any other
Created Being Who so ever the Created Being May Be as the First Being
Created by 'ALL-H , must be a Kufr or Shirk or both according to Takfi:ri
system of "Ali Mirza: .
But he is declaring only the belief ascribed to 'Ima:m 'ibn Taimiah RH:as Kufr
and not the belief of these persons. Why????
Just because he is defending a number if them who even believe in several
articles of Shirk.
Does it not implieth that Engineer "Ali: Mirza is defending Mushrik just
because he has a very soft corner in his heart for them and he does not have
this corner in his heart for 'Ima:m 'Ibn Taimiah and his Supporters?
FAMILY REASON:
It is reported that his family members are Mushrik and he wants to save them

the verdict [Fat-va:]of Kufr and Shirk, for this reason he is toying with the
Fundamentals of 'Isla:m. Na"u:dh:ubillah.
TO THE AUDIANCES OF THE ENGINEER :=
MIRZA OF JHELUM IS WORSE THAN THE MIRZA OF QA:DIYA:N SINCE HE IS AN
ENEMY OF 'ALL-H [SVT].
1] IN HIS ENIMITY OF 'ALL-H "ALI: MIRZA LIMITS THE DIVINE OMNIPOTENCE
ON SEVERAL THINGS.
2] IN HIS ENIMITY OF 'ALL-H "ALI: MIRZA LIMITS THE DIVINE TAUH:I:D [DIVINE
UNICITY / UNITY] BY DENYING SEVERAL ARTICLES OF SHIRK AS KUFR.
IS MIRZA: OF JHELUM NOT WORSE THEN THE MIRZA OF QADYA:N?
DECIDE YOU SELF. IF YOU ARE STILL CLINGING WITH HIM THEN IT IS YOUR
DEED. YOU HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF HIS APOSTASY, HERESY , SHIRK AND
HIS ENIMITY TOWARDS OUR 'ILA:H 'ALL-H. FOR THE SAKE OF UNICITY
[TAUH:I:D] OF ALL-H DO NOT LISTEN TO HIM UNLESS AND OTHER WISE YOU
HAVE SUFFICIENT KNOWLEDEGE TO CRITICISE HIS HERESY.
