A family of fieldre going home heaing to his hometown namely northern aceh,but
unfortunaly tragedy that accident.cr approached the private car, the accident accurred because the
driver dowsymobi crashing kiosks people .accident 05:00 am in eastern aceh.in the car thereare
3 people.directly in the driver help citizens tobe brought to the hospital with transport umum.
And Other 2 being released from the car,the car over tuneddifficult for the victim in the first
out.patient that the driver had arrived at the hospital and then brought into the emergency
departement (ugd) and then the doctor see the patient andin barru by nurses,then check blood
patient with tensi meter and tethescpohy tolistening.ptient weak in pails before the nurse an drip
infision in patient,nueses must first infision has prepared dresings,pads,straps hedge (torniquet)
an alcohol-san a wearing gloves and masks and kidney basin/bent to dispose of any unnecessasy
oralredy in with.next patienthas difficulty breathing direct me nurse.give oxygen andturns
patient are injured elbow and leg abrasios and nurses immediately clean the wond blisterswith
alcohol and weas cotton and medicine,clippers catton bandage and plaster wound after a few
minutes the patient isfound to be too severe immediately broughttothe room,inpatient
room,course room beb,exsisting pillow,blankets,beb abd the pole too. and to order ptient had
reached sosevere that the patient 2 and wife of the father of the driver upon orriving at the
hosptal while beinguture terminalisason and doctor and nurse rushed to helpthe patient but love
good intentions doctor were not answered even thoug doctor have been using the tool
deffibilator these pateint can not be helped but it is already deadand the patient immediately
brought to the morgue.
The next patient child of a mother who had which patients 3 child not conscious self
coma and the boy was immediately assisted by the medical team are doctors and nurses in check
or to diagnosapemeriksaan turns the boy experience bleeding in the brain, the nurse immediately
installs infusion and oxygen to the child after the child was immediately taken to the ct-scan to
find out what really happened to his head. it is true that the child was bleeding hemorrhage. The
child had a fever and n peraat immediately check suh after the body by using a thermometer was
given anti-fever medicine, the fever recovered. The next team doktert specialist berecana for the
child in operation, the families who agree with the opinion of the doctor, perawtlangsung
meeriksa pasiecn and to check the blood group using reagents children want in operation before
the child was in surgery of course the doctors and nurses already was preparing a tool that should
be in ie starting from the operating room anesthesia operating room scalpel, Pegan pia surgery
(scalpel handles) .gunting surgery, surgery tweezers, a needle (suture needles), Benan surgical
operation lamp (lED) lights operasiceiling, portable, disposable tuberculin, syringe, isposable
syringe, needle injefion, operating table, mesinanestesi, electrically couter, oxygen cylinder and
its contents, tubes nitrogen and infusion, mayo table, patiebt monitor etc. certainly is complete
in operation ever in operation for 6 time.
after surgery langung i take it to the ICU, to the process in order to be aware in order to
recover, the tools used by the child in the ICU Ruan there are some tools that range from:
ventilator.sumpal ETT (ENDP trachea tube) and fed through NGT eagle (naso gastric tube), blast
suctoin pump, sphygmomanometer, infusion pump, syringe pump, centrifge, bed side monitor.ds

shock, anti-decubitus resusitation kit, pulse oxyneter an EKG.itulah tools yng in Paang on the
abak body in the ICU for recovery period, both nurses always meraatnya courteous and polite
behavior.
