Hi!

I Would like to make you informed about the escalation done regarding the
congestion on transcoders pools over BSC NOV .It was noticed that the feature
self configuration trapool was not activated.After investigation done with the
different concerned parts, it was said that the feature couldn't be implemented
due to the old hardware in the BSC which doesn't support it. After check,It was
found that the new hardware: MUX3 AXE 81O is configured now .

CR N16323 on date :24/05/09 was sent to BSS to activate the feature .The
feature was activated during the working hours and it was observed an
readjustement of theEFR pool until 21:40 PM where the feaure was halted .

The following alarm on EFR pool was observed :

Samir Bechar made adjustment in SAE(the value was set :from 160 in the
memory size alteration to a new value:108) which was exeeding the real size of
hardware reserved for EFR devices and the feature is reactivated again and
remains under monitoring.
