UCC SUMMER HOURS
The University Catholic Center will be closed May 19-23, and Monday, May 26 in honor of Memorial Day. No daily masses will be celebrated at the UCC on these days. Daily Masses are scheduled at St. Austin Church at 8 am and 5:20 pm Monday through Friday. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ UCC will be open with summer hours of 10 am to 4 pm Monday thru Friday On May 5 the University Catholic Center welcomed starting May 27. Bishop Aymond who presided over Mass and bestowed Confirmation on 42 men and women. Please pray for Daily Mass: 12:05 pm these newly confirmed as they continue to follow in in the Mother Teresa Room. Congratulations and Welcome to the seven individuals who
were received into the full communion of the Catholic Church Micah 6 Food Pantry at last Sunday's 8:00 p.m. Mass. Andrea "Elizabeth" Chipin- UCC participates in the ecumenical Micah 6 food ski, Arlina "Cecelia" Garcia-Bravo, Haley "Helena" Hiers, pantry. We donate food at Mass and UCC mem- Ryan "Michael" Nassif, Levi "Peter" Stanford, Debbe bers volunteer at the pantry on Thursday evenings "Margaret" Valasquez and Jennifer "Martha" Watz celebrated and Saturday mornings. Many of the people we serve are their Confirmation and First reception of the Eucharist after homeless. Please don’t forget our “neighbors” who have journeying through the Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults nothing during the summer months. Please continue to bring (RCIA) process here at the UCC.
