U.P. SOLAIR is proud to offer this comprehensive 2-days seminar-workshop on-

Good Housekeeping and

Total Quality Management
http://upcertificate.webs.com/goodhousekeepingtqm.htm
based on a Guidebook
written by Dean Jorge V. Sibal
May 25-26, 2010
This seminar and the guidebook are both important reference materials for
planners, implementers and practitioners of TQM, productivity and quality standards.
Good housekeeping is the first step in building up local and global quality standards. It is
especially designed for small and medium enterprises whose desire is to grow in this
competitive environment. The seminar features good practices of local brands that have
become international brands like the Jollibee brand. It also features workshops on the
various TQM tools used in the practice of good housekeeping not only by supervisors and
managers but also by employees and practitioners of 5S and quality customer service.
The seminar-workshop is coordinated and facilitated by Dean Jorge V. Sibal,
author of several books on Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations.
Among his books are HRD, IR and Management in the Philippine Setting, Philippine
Labor and the Economy, Changes and Challenges: 60 Years of Struggle towards Decent
Work (2008), Theories in Industrial Relations (2009), and CSR and Occupational Safety
and Health (2010).
