MECHANICS

a)

Program is open to all myBRO postpaid subscribers.

b)

Eligible customers must register their SM Advantage, BDO Rewards or SM Prestige card to Telerewards myBRO program before they can be awarded with
points.

c)

Temporary SM Advantage Cards are NOT allowed/eligible for registration to the Telerewards myBRO program.

d)

Name of myBRO Subscriber-On-Record (SOR) should match with the SMAC member/holder in order to be qualified for Telerewards myBRO registration.

e)

In the event that myBRO SOR and name of SMAC member are not the same, a letter of authorization (LOA) shall be required from the myBRO SOR to allow
the SMAC holder to redeem the points that will be earned from the myBRO account being registered to Telerewards myBRO.

f)

Only one (1) SMAC can be registered for one (1) myBRO account number.

g)

A maximum of two (2) myBRO accounts may be enrolled to one (1) SMAC. Registrations of more than two (2) myBRO accounts to one (1) SMAC are subject
to screening and approval by PLDT HOME Marketing.

h)

Customers who are registered to the Telerewards myBRO program may still avail of other ongoing promotions of PLDT HOME/SMART.

i)

PLDT HOME reserves the right to disqualify subscribers from availing of this promotion if found to have committed acts of fraud or have violated existing
PLDT HOME policies, including but not limited to policies on credit and subscription.

j)

For the standard monthly points, only payments that are made in FULL and ON TIME will be awarded points. PARTIAL payments will not be awarded
points.

k)

Validity of registration of a particular SMAC to a myBRO account number is a minimum of 6months, hence, customer will have to wait for 6 months if
he/she wishes to change or enroll another SMAC.

l)

Awarding of points is done every end of the billing cycle/ bill cut-off date.

m)

Only points earned from PLDT HOME can be viewed in the Telerewards myBRO system.

n)

In the event that the PLDT SOR is deceased or nowhere to be found, a letter of authorization (LOA) is not applicable, and a supersedure of service
(updating of name in PLDT HOME (myBRO) record) will be required prior to enrollment.

o)

PLDT HOME Marketing may implement changes or update the Telerewards myBRO mechanics without prior notification.

PLDT HOME Marketing reserves the right to validate the application and reject an application found not to have complied with the requirements of the

Yes. You will need to fill-out a signed LOA (Letter Of Authorization) and present/send
it along with a valid ID of the Subscriber-On-Record (SOR) and a valid ID of your own.

Points earned from the current bill period transactions will be credited on the next bill
period. In other words, please expect the points by the time you get your next myBRO
statement of account (bill).

11) Do I need to have my SM Advantage, SM Prestige,


or BDO Rewards Card with me when I pay for my
myBRO bill?

No. Once you have successfully registered already, the system will award the points
automatically regardless of where or how you pay as long as the payment is in FULL
and ON TIME.

12) Can I use a temporary SM Advantage Card to


register to Telerewards myBRO?

No. The card must be a permanent one.

13) What will I need to provide in order to register to


Telerewards myBRO?
