Ministry of Labor Jubail Kingdom of Saudi Arabia 22 June 2015 Subject: Violation of Labor Law not providing, a Contract or an Agreement and Neglect of Responsibilities by Sponsor to Employee, Dear Sir: I was transfer to Core Team on the 28 th of May 2013 via tanazul because of Saudization. I was given a job offer of percentage basis by the core team. Which I was new and not sure if this is legal. After a few months of working. I have sent an email demanding for a CONTRACT because I believe that, I still need a LEGAL CONTRACT approved by the Saudi Labor Law. They have told me that they will just provide me the contract after the two year completion of the job offer. On 31st March 2014 a meeting was agreed by both parties upon my request of a salary increase of 80% since I was paying all my expenses during my stay( tanazul, Iqama, Accommodation, Insurance, Medical Etc). As per agreement I will be given a 72% Increase from the original 70% starting 28th of May 2014. But since then my increase was not included in all my salary. I was kept complaining but the company never response positively. 28th of May 2015 my two years was completed and thereafter I asked for a contract and the salary adjustment (2%) but still company refuse to provide an agreement or contract nor pay me the 2% salary adjustment. Last month I was arrived from vacation and I was asking for a salary advance of 3,500sr for the payment of my current room / rent in Jubail which I need to pay this coming 28th of June 2015. Core Team denied their obligations to me as their employees and worried that I will no place to stay if I forfeit to pay the rent. In reference with above complain and provided information, I and behalf of my family would like to seek assistance from your good office to further help me to transfer my sponsorship to a responsible company, take what is left from my salary and to be with a sponsor that will take good care of their employee.
Very respectfully yours,
