We were dispatched in reference to a burglary report. Upon arrival, I met with


the victim who informed me that on the early hours of October 9th the offenders
broke into the victim`s home and took cash from her purse. The victim believes
that entry was made by kicking in the back door. No signs of forced entry were

The Reporter, Roth Mason, was called to Mason Brothers Memorial Chapel after
workers of his found the front door window busted out along with a side door
window. With the front door window busted someone would have been able to
reach in and open the door. Mr. Mason who is the owner arrived and called
police. There was two office doors inside that had been kicked as well. Both
offices had been gone through with several cabinet and desk doors standing open.
Mr. Mason could not find anything missing. Crime scene arrived to process the
scene. Mr. Mason is going to call if anything is found to be missing.

Washington Ave, Evansville, IN, between 04:00, 10/09/2016 and 05:18, 10/09/2016.

Officer was dispatched to 3301-11 Washington Ave for a battery report. The
caller advised a female suspect had hit her and still had her belongings.
I arrived and spoke to the victim, Lindsey Clark. Clark stated around 0400 hours
she was in a downstairs apartment and dancing with a male subject. Clark stated
the offender who is her girlfriend of five years came down and saw her dancing
with the male. Clark stated the offender smacked her in the face. Clark stated she
pushed the offender off of her at this point. Clark stated she and the offender had
been drinking. The argument then went to apartment eleven where Clark stated
the offender has been staying with a friend. Clark stated she had stayed there for a
couple of nights but she lives with her mother in apartment nine. Clark advised
when they were upstairs there was more pushing and she had her arm scraped with
a unknown item. Clark had two abrasions on her right arm that had been bleeding.
Clark stated she told the offender she was going to call the police and went
outside. When she went outside the offender locked the door. Clark stated her
phone and some clothes were still inside the apartment.
I knocked on the door to speak to the offender but got no answer. Clark was

Officers were dispatched to 611 N Tenth Ave reference to a burglary in progress.
Upon arriving officers met the victim. She stated that she was the victim of a
burglary earlier in the morning. The offender in this case was someone that she
thought may have been responsible for the burglary.
In this incident the offender came to he house. While in the bathroom the
offender pulled the victim by the hair. She also said that he threatened her, but
could not tell officers any specific threats him made. The victim was not injured.

Farmer was visiting at 832 E Gum and parked her dark red Dodge Nitro on the
street and locked it by way of a key fob. When Farmer came out the next morning
to leave, she noticed her vehicle had been ransacked and her purse and its contents
were taken.
It looked like when the vehicle was locked, not all doors were locked, because
there is no sign of forced entry.

Victim, Ms Frey, advises she parked her vehicle, the listed Chevrolet Impala, on
the street in front of her home, 2925 BROADWAY AVE, facing West on the
North side of the street. She advised that she never heard a suspicious noise
outside.
Ms Frey went to bed at approx. 22:30 hours last night. When she came out to go
to work this morning, at approx. 10:03 hours, she discovered that someone had
struck the rear, driver`s side corner of her Impala and then the driver`s side of the
Impala as well, including the driver`s side, outside rear-view mirror.
Ms Frey called Police. There is white or light-colored paint transfer on the black
Impala. Ms Frey advised that neither she nor her neighbors heard the impact.
No Suspects; no known Witnesses; no surveillance video.

Victim has been having trouble with suspect. Suspect lives not far away. Bricks
were used to break the back window and drivers side window. Family has

Lents states that he was inside his business at 600 Court when he heard some
banging on his building from the outside. when Lents went to investigate, he saw a
white female outside the front of the building leaning against the building. Lents
said that she did not see him and started kicking a metal panel below the window
putting many dents in it. When the white female saw Lents she then left the area
quickly.
Lents states that the white female is one of the homeless that hang around the area
all the time. Lents said today she had on a dark blue t-shirt and jeans.

directly in front of the South doors of the business. Officers observed damage to
the left rear of the victim vehicle, and white paint transfer from the suspect
vehicle.
The victim told officers that she was approached by two separate witnesses who
said they observe a white vehicle hit the victim vehicle while
attempting to park. The witnesses said that after inspecting the damage, the
suspect returned to her vehicle and left the scene. The witnesses described the
suspect as a middle aged, white, female with shoulder length dark hair.

and was greeted by the victim. The victim, Ms. Chevette Hilliard, stated that she
had her vehicle parked in the 500 block of Adams at or around 0001 hours on
10-09-2016. Ms. Chevette stated she came outside at or around 1145 hours to find
her vehicle had front bumper damage.

Police were dispatched to 2128 Covert in reference to a theft report. On scene, I
spoke with the caller. She said she allowed an old co-worker to fix her three
wheeler. He picked it up with his trailer, and transported it to Illinois where he
lives last November. Since then, the victim has called the suspect multiple times,
and even showed up at his work to ask him the status on the three wheeler. She
said he keeps giving her excuses on why the work hasn`t been completed.

Police were dispatched to 2020 S. Weinbach (Metro PCS) in reference to a battery
report. On scene, I spoke with the manager of the store. He said he was outside
the building when the suspect pulled up next to him in a silver Toyota. The
suspect started to complain about the service he received at their location at
Simpsons Food Mart. The victim told the suspect to come inside and he would see
what he could do for him. At that moment, the suspect spit on the victim. The
victim claimed the spit went into his own mouth. Before he could do anything, the
suspect called the victim a racial slur, and sped off away from the store. The

Police were dispatched to 2917 Taylor in reference to a residential burglary report.


On scene, I spoke with the victim, who had just returned home from church.
When she went in her front door, she noticed it was unlocked when she left it
locked. The victim began to look around her house, and in her bedroom found that
her window had been pushed up from the outside. Someone gained entry to her
house, and rummaged around all her drawers and boxes. The only items she
noticed were missing were a cellphone and tablet.

I was dispatched to Papa Johns, 4202 N First Ave. in reference to a bunco/fraud


report. The reporter received a call for delivery at 2416 N. Fares Ave. She made
the delivery for pizza and received a $20 bill. When she returned to her car, she
realized the bill was counterfeit. She went back to the house and tried to make
contact again, but no one would answer. She made the delivery between 1255
hours and 1346 hours. The reporter returned to the store and they called for a
report.

Officer S. P. Smith and I were dispatched to Weinbach and Rotherwood for a


harassment report. We met with the victim. She stated that she is in the process of
filing for divorce from her husband, the offender. They were in the parking lot of
Trocadero`s in Henderson when she broke the news that she was leaving him. The
offender told her that if she tried to take the kids away that he would hurt her and
her family. The victim stated it did not get physical. She said that she has the kids
and will be staying with her parents. It was suggested that she get a restraining
order if she was worried that the offender would follow through. She was also
advised to contact Henderson P.D. if she wanted to file charges for the
intimidation.

Officers were dispatched to the listed address in reference to a Criminal Mischief


Report. The victim stated some one threw a Soda bottle at her front window and it
broke the glass.

Gibson, Phillip Edward (W M, 32) VICTIM of Battery- Hff Domestic [am] (C), at
202 W Maryland St, Evansville, IN, between 20:15, 10/09/2016 and 20:20,
10/09/2016. Reported: 10/09/2016.
Officers were dispatched to 900 N Main for a battery report. Upon arrival, Phillip
and Terrie Gibson, stated their relative attacked them.
Phillip and Terrie stated they lived with the offender for over a year at 202 W
Maryland. Both parties stated that an argument occurred earlier today over
purchasing food for the home. Phillip and Terrie decided to leave the home for a
couple hours to give each other some space.
Both parties returned to the home to pick up work clothing and school clothing for
the children. When they entered the home, the offender confronted both parties. A
verbal altercation ensued and the offender smacked Phillip. Terrie intervened and
the offender punched her numerous times.
Terrie and Phillip left the home and the offender informed them if they returned
they would have to answer to her "38". That statement would put a reasonable
person in a state of fear.
Officers observed red scratch marks on Terrie back and Phillip had a small bruise
on his face.
Both parties given a case number and advised on how to obtain a protective order.

scene the RP stated she found several pens in her residence she believed her
husband (IO) was using to consume narcotics. She stated there was white powder
inside several of the pens, and a "crystal" like substance in another.
No white power was located in any of the pens and the "crystal" substance did
not test positive for any known narcotic.

Victim stated that his vehicle was hit while parked at this location. Suspect vehicle
pulled into the parking lot, backed into the victim`s vehicle, and vacated the
parking lot. Very minor damage to victim`s vehicle. Video of the incident was
able to be viewed. Suspect vehicle information provided.

Police were dispatched to 4520 Inspiration St. in reference to a criminal mischief


report. On scene, I spoke with the caller. She showed me the back bedroom of her
house, where a landscaping brick was thrown through the window. It must`ve
been wrapped in a shirt because there was a black tanktop hanging from the
broken glass in the window. The brick landed on the carpet of the bedroom, just
two feet away from where two kids (ages 3 and 4) were laying in sleeping bags.
Glass got all over the floor and on them. The caller suspected it was a juvenile
who lives down the street, because he had accused her son of stealing money from
him. Crime scene came out and processed the scene.
