Defendant Arcsoft, Inc. (Arcsoft) (collectively, the Parties) anticipate filing a

Joint Motion for Dismissal as to all claims in this matter no later than November 7,

2016.

In light of the foregoing, the Parties jointly move for an order from the Court

staying all deadlines in this matter, to include those set forth in the Courts August

18, 2016 Amended Scheduling Order (ECF No. 68) and Order Granting Joint

Motion for an Extension of Time for Claim Construction Briefing and Hearing

(ECF No. 70).

The Parties do not submit this request to the Court for purposes of delay but

rather so that they may have time to finalize a written settlement agreement and to

dismiss this matter in its entirety.
