Redstar Fabrics was established in China at 2004,with long history it has good
reputation in the paper machine forming fabric market in inner China and outer
China.We located at the middle part of China in which the labor cost is not as high as
Shanghai,by which we down our cost.During this years,Redstar Fabrics focus on the
development of new proudcts,our proudcts range from single layer forming fabric to
triple layer fabric,and we also produce dryer screen and felt.Therefore we can give a
fully suggestion to our client because we have more experience in China.
We import many machines from Sweden(TEXO looming machine 4
sets),America(auto
seaming
machine),and
monofilament
from
Germany(Perlon/NEXTRUSION) & Japan(TORAY),by this way we improve our
quality to be better in the market to meet all machine needs,right now our paper
machine clothing are working well in Voith machine and Valmet machine.
We never stop developping new products to meet high speed paper machine
requirements,for example our forming fabric can be used for the machine wth
1500m/min.
Polyester forming fabrics

Forming fabric is very important for a paper machine in a paper mill. In general,
formation of paper depends on forming fabric and refining of paper pulp. Paper
machine forming fabric is made from polyester or polyamide monofilaments. To
shape an uninterrupted belt, it is made by endless of a seam. During the weaving of
forming fabric, monofilaments are composed of paper machine direction and paper
machine cross direction. The monofilaments of paper machine direction or lengthwise
are called warp. One the other hand the monofilaments of paper machine cross
direction are called weft or Shute or filling. The construction of forming fabric
depends on some weaving variables such as pattern, mesh, yarn, diameter, degree of
crimping etc. Mesh is very important for a forming fabric. Water drainage and retain
of fibers are depends on it.

According to the category, forming fabric (synthetic forming fabric) can be divided
into single layer forming fabric, 1.5 layer forming fabric, double layer forming fabric,
two and a half layer forming fabric, triple layer forming fabric and 3.5 layer forming
fabric. In accordance with weaving, forming fabric (forming fabric) can be divided
into 2-shed, 4-shed, 5-shed, 7-shed, 8-shed, 16-shed, 24-shed etc. A paper machine
forming fabric has two surfaces. One is the forming surface or top surface and another
is the wearing surface or underside surface.
Polyester Woven Dryer Fabrics

Redstar Fabrics supply a wide range of woven dryer fabrics to ensure even and
efficient drying of the paper web by promoting efficient and mass transfer. According
to the weaving, polyester dryer fabric can be divided into 3-shed, 4-shed. According
to the category, it can be divided into one and a half layer, double layer and
rectangular wire fabric. According to the joining mode, it can be divided into insert,
pin, pin ring and spiral ring join.
3-shed one layer and a half are suitable for drying papers below 70g.
4-shed double layer fabric is suitable for drying papers above 70g.

Rectangular wire dryer fabric is suitable for the fore several heating box of the
drying zone, quality papers can use all.
Our woven dryer fabric materials have excellent hydrolysis resistance in moist
conditions and degradation resistance in dry heat to reach optimum economic life.
And we use different yarn structures and shapes to control air permeability and other
properties such as contact area, wear resistance, stability and cleanliness. Round and
rectangular shape monofilament yarns are used for woven dryer fabrics. Rectangular /
flat monofilament yarns are used as machine and cross directional yarns to improve
runnability, sheet handling and wear potential on high speed machines. Our woven
dryer fabrics typically cover a permeability range of 60-700 CFM.
Seams are the most important part of woven dryer fabrics and Redstar Fabrics
supply woven dryer fabrics with pin seams and inline spiral seams to meet the
requirements set by paper grades, machine speed and dryer section.

Polyester spiral dryer fabrics

Spiral dryer fabrics are commonly used in the papermaking industry for
transporting and dewatering the aqueous media there found. More broadly, spiral
fabrics are used as filter media for wet, dry, hot and cold solutions and dispersions.
Spiral dryer fabrics provide the best resistance to abrasion.
Spiral dryer fabrics are available in a broad air permeability range. Air permeability
reductions can be achieved by inserting cross-directional yarns into the open area of
the spiral. There is no weak link since spiral fabrics do not have traditional seams like

woven fabrics. In addition, spiral constructions offer higher levels of wear and
damage resistance and are very suitable for challenging positions. In the past, spiral
designs were used extensively on brown paper applications. However, through
processing and material improvements, spiral fabrics today have no applications.

Paper machine felt
According there structures,they can be divided into BOM formed felt,BOM pressed
felt,BOM upper felt,BOM dryer felt,BOM pulp board felt and so on.
BOM paper making felts are generally made of the base mesh layer and the fiber
layer.
The base mesh can be single,double or multi layers.
The double base mesh layer can also have a 1+1 laminated. The multi layer base
mesh can also be divided into 1+2 or 2+2 laminated.
All mesh bases are woven by monofilament or twisted monofilament yarns.
The fiber layers are woven by different sizes of polyamide fibers.
Fiber layers and base mesh layer are attached by needle stitching to form the felt.
