OIA BUSINESS MODEL:

GOING BEYOND THE ROLE OF EPC

A narrowly specialized
manufacturer or trader may
find it challenging to
visualize or price project
risks.

However, OIA possesses

unique skills of a
PROJECT DEVELOPER
which offers much more
than pure manufacturing or
trading services.

10

As an independent Project Developer

and Exporter, OIA is focused on project
development and management.
Its independence from all technologies
means that it does not need to push its
own equipment for sale, and brings value
to clients as its true agent by helping
them choose from among various
options beginning with the main
equipment.
We also assume many of the project
risks on behalf of the client. The
uncertainties are even higher in case of
Africa where country expertise is more
important vis--vis narrow sectoral
specialization.

OIAs BUSINESS STRATEGY

OF EXPORTING PROJECTS
Leadership In Project Development and Exporting Projects To
Emerging Nations

Reduce the regional inequalities and promote orderly

urbanization
Integrate social development with economic planning
Capacity building for Inclusive Growth.
Creating Information Systems for e-governance.

Attain Social and political integration of People.
In short, opportunity to realize Due Economic Potential of
Countries under the New Visionary and Decisive Leaderships in
Africa.
